New to our program, we're excited to introduce Shell Shack, a cozy three-bedroom beachfront cottage located directly on the white sands of Dune Allen Beach along Highway 30A. Prepare to be astonished by the amazing beach views you get from nearly every room. This home features a newly-updated open living and dining area that's perfect for gathering. The expansive balconies have also been renovated in order to maximize your views of the Gulf. With access to the beach directly off the back deck, you can have your toes in the sand in no time. This gorgeous home sleeps 8 comfortably in 2 king bedrooms and a bedroom with two twin bunk beds.

Guests are in for a treat from the moment they arrive at Shell Shack. A gorgeous view of the Gulf of Mexico creates a welcoming environment for this property. This cottage sits directly on Dune Allen Beach, giving direct and easy access to the beautiful beaches of the Emerald Coast. Four bikes are included with this home, perfect for riding down 30A.

Natural light fills this entire home from the moment you step inside. Entering through the front door, guests are instantly swept into an oasis with views straight into the Gulf along the entire backside of the home. The kitchen is complete with brand new stainless steel appliances, a breakfast bar, and a window overlooking the Gulf. The open floor plan and variety of windows in this cottage create a spacious feel throughout the main living area. The kitchen overlooks the living room and dining area where guests can enjoy relax. Two plush sofas and lounge chairs surround a large flat-screen TV and also include windows that overlook the beach. To the right, a dining table that seats 6-8 is the perfect spot to enjoy dinner and watch the sunset.

Two large sliding glass doors can be accessed from the main living area. Both doors lead guests out back to the expansive balcony where guests are treated with rocking chairs, tanning chairs, and views down the entire 30A coast! Also, a stainless steel grill is found out on this balcony. Spend the day relaxing on the beach, or grilling on the covered balcony.

This single-level home has three bedrooms and two bathrooms. All three bedrooms have private balconies. The first bedroom is perfect for children as it boasts two twin bunk beds and plenty of closet space. The second bedroom is home to a king-sized bed, large closet space, and a flat-screen TV. The final bedroom, a master suite, boasts a king-sized bed, a flat-screen TV, and an en-suite bathroom. Both the master en-suite bathroom and shared bathroom are complete with barn-style doors, and a walk-in shower.
