With a picture-perfect front porch furnished with two rocking chairs and a porch swing, this home exudes Southern charm. Inside, the first floor’s cozy living area includes a comfortable sofa and two matching armchairs surrounding a modern drink table. The setup is perfect for casual conversation and relaxing with your fellow guests. A wall-mounted, flatscreen TV is provided for entertainment. Hardwood floors extend into the dining area, which features a white country-style table surrounded by chairs and bench seating. The open kitchen is a chef’s dream and has a charming aesthetic while remaining super functional. It has spacious white cabinetry, gleaming countertops, stainless steel appliances, and a large kitchen island with bonus seating.

One guest bedroom is also located on the first floor. It has a queen-size bed and private bath with a walk-in shower. The remaining bedrooms are on the second level. One of these is the primary suite, which boasts a king-size bed, wall-mounted TV, and access to a breezy balcony. Its large ensuite bath includes dual vanities, ample storage space, a walk-in shower, and a stand-alone soaking tub. Two of the guest bedrooms on the second floor include queen-size beds. A bonus room with two twin bunks and a TV is perfect for the kids of the group.

In addition to great accommodations, the property also offers great amenities. Vacationers will love spending time on the sun-soaked patio that includes an outdoor dining set and a heated pool. A BBQ grill is provided so you can serve up poolside meals all day long. And while the refreshing pool is nice, the salty beach is also nearby. The crystalline sands and blue-green waves of the Gulf are only a 7-8 minute stroll from the property.

Another benefit of the home’s central 30A location is its proximity to Gulf Place, a popular retail and entertainment center on 30A. The venue includes a unique set of outdoor galleries where you can browse art and purchase products from local artists. Besides all this, you can often catch events and live entertainment at the grassy outdoor amphitheater.
