Salt Haus 30A is nestled in Seagrove Beach, along County Highway 30A. Our boutique vacation rental is the perfect central resting point to experience all that 30A has to offer. Beachside and steps from the shore, our condo is also a short walk or bikeride away from nearby shops, restaurants, and experiences.
Here you can start off your morning with a cup of Nespresso, cozied up in the hanging rattan chair watching the waves, spend the day in the sun with provided & high-end beach equipment, take a luxe shower and dry your hair with the Dyson, enjoy a sunset picnic with a glass of wine in hand, make a fresh dinner using the high end cookware, whip up a round of cocktails in the bar area, play board games on the couch, or turn on a favorite movie on the Frame TV. Itâs all here for you.
Fully renovated in 2022, Salt Haus is a privately-owned 1-bedroom, 1-bath, third-floor condo unit, with thoughtfully appointed details, luxury amenities, and a welcoming coastal chic aesthetic.
The loft-style bedroom features two queen beds and sits above a fully equipped kitchen and bar area, opening up to a bright living space with an inviting sofa for relaxing after those long beach days.
Filled with soft whites and creams, matte black and gold accents, light wood, breezy curtains, and lots of organic textures, every inch of the space has been meticulously designed to feel as effortless and relaxing as possible.
The living and dining areas open to large balcony with beachfront views and plenty of seating, where you can hear the crash of the waves and inhale the fresh salt air.

- This home allows pets for a fee. If undisclosed pets are brought into the home without AvantStay's approval there is a fine of $500 per pet.
- The bedroom is located in the loft and therefore isn't private.
- This home does not offer a washer and dryer in the unit. However, there is a laundry facility on site, which takes card.
- Please note our occupancy includes an additional two beyond bed count. Trifold floor mattresses and additional linens can be provided upon request.
- The communal pool is not heated.
Parking Details:
On-site parking is available, with parking passes provided in the unit.
No street parking is allowed. Please only use designated parking areas. Failure to comply could result in a warning or towing.
A pack-n-play and/or high chair is available upon request with at least 48 hours' notice.

This is a smoke-free property. Violation of the no-smoking policy will result in forfeiture of the security deposit, a $300 smoking fee, and liability for any fire or property damage costs.
As part of our commitment to being good neighbors, occupancy limits and quiet hours (9pm-8am) are strictly enforced. No speakers or sound systems will be provided for use in our properties. Violation of any noise ordinances will be subject to fines that can reach up to $10,000 per violation.
Events or parties are not allowed without prior written approval and an additional fee. Any unauthorized parties or events will be shut down and a fine will be assessed. Please inquire for more information about our event policies and fees.
There is nothing more important to us at AvantStay than the health, safety, and experience of our guests & staff. We've enhanced our cleaning and sanitation protocols and are taking extra care to disinfect all surfaces between reservations with hospital-grade disinfecting solutions.
IDs will be requested for verification after booking. All bookings over 30 days require a security deposit.
