Blue Haven- Beachside condo - 4 minute walk to sand!

Come enjoy this remodeled beachside condo (4-minute walk to sugar-white sand) - located in Beachside Villas near Eastern Lake on 30A - a family friendly complex on the beach side of 30A. One of the 2 pools located in the complex is directly next to the condo. There are 2 lighted tennis courts, shuffle board, a party deck, and lots of green spaces and areas for biking around the complex and along 30A.

When you are ready to hit the beach, Beachside Villas is on the beachside of 30A and public beach access is within easy walking distance, about a 4-minute walk to the end of San Roy Road, where you can enjoy a 2+ acre stretch of beach with plenty of room and enjoy both the Gulf and Eastern Lake. As an added convenience, Beachside Villas provides a golf cart shuttle to and from this beach access point from April 1 through August. Only a short bike ride to "the Big Chill," and conveniently located between Rosemary Beach and Seaside, this is the perfect location to enjoy all the beauty of 30A! The condo includes parking for two vehicles in sought-after beach-side parking!

This unit has been completely remodeled and updated and the condo complex has been renovated with new siding and windows/ doors). The Master bedroom features a King bed, television and private bathroom with remodeled shower. The second bathroom has a Queen bed and television. The third bedroom has a television and full & twin beds. The second bathroom has a tub/shower combo. This unit also has a stackable/ full-sized washer and dryer.

Enjoy cooking a seafood feast or a quick snack in the freshly decorated kitchen with all new stainless appliances. Great family dining at the table that seats 6 and a bar area that seats 3. We had a lovely 8-night stay at Blue Haven! The complex is close to the beach and just minutes away from restaurants, grocery stores, and shopping. Our family of 5 spent lots of time at the beach - it was an easy walk to the public beach area, and we appreciated the binder that included lots of helpful info, including which section of beach to access. The pool was nice (and close!) and the neighborhood was quiet. We would definitely recommend this property and hope to have a return visit!

Great stay! Had everything we needed for our short 4 day trip. Short walk to the beach. Kids loved the pool. We had one minor inconvenience but the property manager and the host responded so quickly. Very pleased with everything!

Great experience!

The unit was perfectly located (helpful to be walking distance to some restaurants), and we appreciated the free, convenient transportation to the public beach. I love that all beach necessities were also provided, like chairs and umbrellas. Overall, the accommodations helped make our vacation relaxing and enjoyable.

Nice Clean Space

This was a nice place to stay with ample space. It's walking distance to beautiful private beaches (you can walk down the beach but can't sit down or hang out). The bike rental was nice and we enjoyed biking 3 miles to Seaside. The place has Netflix however it's the subscription that comes with 75 second ad breaks, which was annoying. It was rainy when we were there and we would have liked to stay in and watch a movie, but the frequent ad breaks made it unbearable. Nice stove and kitchen amenities, however you need to bring your own salt and pepper. 10-20 minute drive to many restaurants and shopping.

Beach Convenience

We really enjoyed our stay! It’s a nice property close to the pool, tennis and pickleball courts and beach, which is in walking distance or can use the free hold cart service. the porch is nice and relaxing too! The water pressure in the master bedroom shower is great! We did agree with some of the other reviews regarding the beds. My husband and I found the master bedroom bed to be too soft and uncomfortable. And my son found the middle bedroom bed to be uncomfortable as well. I think a change out of the mattresses would make this property even better! Lots of games, and kitchen is well equipped as well. And the owner was quickly responsive regarding any and all questions prior to our stay. On a separate note I accidentally left my ear buds (they must have fallen out of the case while packing and I didn’t realize. When i was on the airplane I realized no ear buds and used the find my feature on my phone and saw they were still in the condo. I called the management company. The person initially was very responsive in calling me back saying the inspector found one ear bud and she was waiting to hear from the cleaner if another one was found. I followed up with her after I landed and then again during the week and I still have not heard back regarding the status of my buds. So while it was my fault to leave them behind, I did appreciate the mgmt quick response initially but now have no idea if they found the other and if it will be mailed to me which is a bummer.

Great Vacation

The apartment is very clean and bright, well stocked, right across from the pool, and just a short walk to the beach. The neighborhood is centrally located on 30A, close to shops and restaurants. Teresa answered all of our questions, and made the check in process effortless. Overall this was one of our best visits to the area in years. I would highly recommend the property to anyone looking to visit Seagrove Beach!

I booked this listing last minute for a “senior skip day” for myself, daughter, and two of her friends. It was a great location. Even though the weather was not cooperating, the girls and I had a great time. Unit was clean and the bedroom space gave everyone enough space.

Spring Break

Great location! Short walk or beach tram ride to public beach. The tram drivers were very friendly and helpful. The condo was clean and well stocked. There were several beach chairs and boogie boards which was amazing as it seems like we buy one every time we come to the beach and forget to bring it on the next trip. Owner was a pleasure to work with, texting promptly about the condo being ready for check-in and answering a last minute question. Overall great space!!!

We love Blue Haven!!

We booked a last minute quick getaway for a first time stay at 30A. Teresa was so easy to communicate with. The unit was clean and beautifully decorated. The beds were very comfortable. It was even stocked with chairs, wagon, & boogie boards. The main property was well kept and very pet friendly. While the beach was a short walk, it was not bad at all. There is a shuttle for the property to get to the beach but we didn’t mind to walk. We had such a great trip!!

High School Senior Spring Break

We had a great stay. The condo was perfect. It was exactly as described. The girls were able to spread out and have their own space. The balcony was perfect for reading and meals. It was right by the pool if you have littles. She has it stocked with chairs, wagon, and umbrella. It was in the 3rd floor but only two flights of stairs. The views are better up there. We will definitely go again.

Great stay!

While it was a short stay, this condo was all we needed for a quick girls trip. Clean condo, darling decor and perfect beach access. Location was great! Check in/out process super easy. Would definitely rent again.
