From the moment you arrive, Done Inn makes an unforgettable impression. Guests enter through a striking foyer featuring a custom wave wall and convenient storage nook for beach gear.

The entry level includes a spacious bunk room with two twin-over-twin bunk beds (four twins) plus a queen bed perfect for kids or additional guests. A half bathroom is located across the hall, along with a laundry room featuring a second refrigerator. This level also provides access to the garage, where bicycles are stored for guest use.

Once you ascend the stairs, you'll arrive on the main level and at the heart of the home, a massive, newly remodeled chef's kitchen designed to impress. This state-of-the-art space features:

• Six-burner gas range
• Stunning copper vent hood and backsplash
• Custom cabinetry
• Large bar seating for six
• Wet bar with wine fridge and prep sink

The open layout and warm woodwork create the perfect gathering space for family meals and celebrations.

Adjacent to the kitchen is a convenient half bath and a hallway leading to a main-floor king suite with flat-screen TV and a private ensuite bathroom featuring a large walk-in shower and double vanity.

Upstairs, the primary suite offers panoramic Gulf views, a king bed, cozy sitting area, dual closets, and access to a private terrace overlooking the water. The spa-like ensuite bathroom includes a soaking tub, walk-in shower, and double vanity.

Two additional bedrooms on this level provide comfort and privacy:

• Bedroom with two queen beds and ensuite bath (shower/tub combo)
• King bedroom with ensuite bath (shower/tub combo)

All bedrooms include flat-screen TVs.

Beach & Community Amenities
Vizcaya is one of 30A's most exclusive beachfront neighborhoods. Guests access the beach via a private walkway just one house away, leading down a staircase to an exceptionally quiet stretch of sand reserved for community guests and monitored by beach patrol.

The Perfect Getaway Location!

We had a fantastic week at the Done Inn with our group of nine. The views were spectacular and there was plenty of space for everyone. The shared areas (family room, kitchen/dining, and porch) were comfortable and big enough to gather as a group. The kitchen was perfect for takeout or gourmet meal preparation, and the ice maker in the lower level ensured that every beverage was cold! Access to the beautiful private beach was close and easy. We so appreciated everything the Solely team did before our trip and during to make sure it was a great week for all - they are great! We highly recommend the Done Inn and Solely!

Excellent stay at Done Inn

We had a fabulous one week stay at Done Inn. The house and the location exceeded our expectations. The house was beautifully decorated, very clean and spacious… all contributing to make this our best beach vacation ever. The large kitchen provided everything that we could possibly need. The amazing porch overlooking the beach was our favorite gathering place. We plan to be back next year!!

Great week on the beach

Everything was wonderful. Everything we needed was there (grill, bikes, beach towels,stocked kitchen, bathroom amenities, etc.). Communication was easy as was getting in and out of house. This complex felt very safe and we saw the security guard on numerous occasions. There was easy access to the beach and pool. We loved everything about this place.

If you want a house on a beach, this is the one! Gated community and easy access to beach! Located in the perfect spot with little traffic and only minutes away from restaurants and shopping! Loved our trip!

My large family ranging from 3 years old to 80 years old was very comfortable in this house and we loved every minute of our vacation. There was ample seating in the living and dining for everyone. We loved the close proximity to the beach and the beautiful views from the patios. We took full advantage of the private beach everyday

Wonderful family vacation

This is our second time staying at this house. It has the space needed for the family and the view is incredible. Love that it's directly on the beach and the community pool is never crowded. Well stocked kitchen but could use a new set of skillets and pots and pans. Love the ice machine and the second refrigerator.

Excellent!

We had the best week, with family and beautiful weather. The Done Inn was the perfect house for our family. Everyone had their own space. Plenty of area to enjoy meals together, and the beach porch was amazing. Saw dolphins everyday. We will be back next year in this exact same house.

Great location, home needs work

The location of this property was amazing. The private beach was super nice with no crowd. The house could have been cleaner, there was mold growing on the a/c vents, it wasn’t horrible but we wouldn’t stay there again.

The house was wonderful - exactly as described. Our unit was updated and clean with everything you could need for a week away from home. Views were spectacular from the house and the ocean/beach was perfect for kids and adults alike. The area has gyms, grocery stores and restaurants very nearby. Loved it! Would definitely return.

Beautiful but comfortable

This property was a perfect blend of lovely architecture/decor and comfort. My family felt very comfortable in the home as it had everything we needed for our family (ages 13-78) and more but the property was also quite pretty. The location was convenient to everything but still private; it was almost like a world within another world. The property manager was attentive and communicated well with us. We would certainly recommend this property!

Great house!

We had multi families in this house and found it very accommodating. Loved the ice maker and two refrigerators. Air conditioning on top floor was perfect (it's usually hot in large homes). Can't use tents on the beach but we made do with our umbrellas and the set up we got with the house. All ages has a great time!

Perfect Place

This is the first time in a few years we have all got to go to the beach together. This house worked out great for us. The house is beautiful, the beds are very comfortable, everything was very clean and well stocked. It was on the beach and the private beach was awesome! Location was fabulous! You can go either way and be in Destin or Panama City in no time! Highly recommend and hopefully we will be going back!! 10 out of 10!!!

Fall break fun!

Wonderful Vacation

The home was so beautiful. It had plenty of space for our group of 7. Even with all of the space, the decor made the home feel warm and cozy. The kitchen was set up so nice with all of the amenities that you would need to cook with. The beach access was perfect just one house away to the walkway. We could walk barefoot from the beach to the house easily without having to pack a bunch of stuff to take down to the beach with us. The private beach was so peaceful and the neighbors that own the other homes in the gated community were very friendly. The management team was very kind and quick to respond when we had any questions or concerns. We will definitely be staying again soon!
