Specifically, the first floor has an open kitchen and living room that features plenty of comfortable seating including an eat-in kitchen island with 4 bar stools, a separate dining area that seats 10, and a convenient mud room, laundry room and separate powder bathroom. Additionally, there is one master bedroom on the first floor with a king bed and private en suite bathroom with dual vanities, a large glass shower with dual shower heads, and a spacious walk-in closet.

Advancing to the second floor you will be greeted by a large second living room with sleeper sofa and access to a porch. The upstairs also hosts the main king bedroom with en suite bathroom, containing a dual vanity, stand alone-soaker tub, glass enclosed shower with dual shower heads, and walk-in closet. This bedroom has a large, beautiful porch overlooking the pool and spacious yard. The 3rd and 4th bedrooms also have king size beds, en suite bathrooms (one with a shower/tub combo), and walk-in closets as well. Additionally, there is a kid-friendly bunk room with two sets of built-in, twin over twin size beds.

-Bunk Room - Two sets of twin over twin bunk beds built-in
-Living room - Queen size sleeper sofa

Pack n' play is there for guests' use, and an air mattress can be provided to accommodate up to 16 sleeping upon request.

Other things to note
-Check in is 4:00 PM & check out is 10:00 AM. Late check out / early check in will be subject to another day's rental fees.
-Please note we provide a starter set of supplies such as toilet paper, paper towels, trash bags, dishwasher + laundry pods for your stay
-Smoking is strictly prohibited.
-All renters must be over 25 years of age, or if under age 25 must be accompanied by a parent/legal guardian.
-LSV is not to be driven past the town of Rosemary Beach to the East or the town of WaterColor to the West. Resolving any issue from the LSV battery dying because of the renters not charging it will be charged to the renters.
-Pool and hot tub/spa heating must be for the full duration of your stay and must be requested 48 hours prior to check-in and paid before the heater will be turned on. Pool heating cost is $50/night of your reservation and is available October 1st - April 30th. After April 30, guests can still heat the spa or hot tub for the same daily rate.
-Damage that occurs will be collected from the renters.
-Southern Holiday Homes can not be held liable for any damage or injury to any persons caused by LSV, bikes, pool, hot tub, or other amenities provided to guests.
