Large deck features a grilling area, TV and seating for plenty of outdoor fun. A fenced in back yard with large private saltwater pool (ask about heating options for additional fee) Ideal for families looking for an ideal beach getaway. Sleeps 12. No Pets Allowed.

We enjoyed our stay and my kids loved having the heated pool. The neighborhood is very quiet and just a short golf cart ride to the beach and other places in the area. We would definitely stay here again, the location is perfect!

We had an excellent stay at this home in Santa Rosa Beach. The location was perfect, and the house itself was incredibly well equipped and comfortable.One standout for us was the kitchen. We cook all of our meals due to food allergies, and I don’t know that I’ve ever stayed in a rental with a more fully stocked, thoughtfully equipped kitchen. It truly made our stay so much easier and more enjoyable.We did have an issue with the pool heater during our stay, but the property management company was extremely responsive and had someone out the same day to fix it, which we really appreciated.Overall, a wonderful experience. We would absolutely stay here again!

Everything was perfect. We arrived at 4:10pm. We had no issues with check-in. All the codes for the doors and storage areas worked well. We never have to contact the host for anything
 it was absolutely perfect. Check-out was easy as well. The house is very clean and well-kept. The furnishings are up-to-date. The good cart was so fun. My daughter lived the games. I couldn’t have imagined anything better. I highly recommend this property for family.

Backyard Oasis

We had such a great time staying at this house! It was super clean, comfortable, and had everything we needed for a fun, relaxing trip. The 6-seater golf cart was a huge bonus — we used it every day to zip to the beach, grab food, and check out local shops. The location is perfect, central to everything but still quiet and peaceful.The backyard was our favorite spot — the private pool was beautiful and felt like our own little oasis. We spent so much time out there just hanging out and enjoying the sunshine. Honestly, everything about this place made our trip easy and enjoyable.

Great house!

We loved staying at this house and would definitely return. It was very clean and spacious for our family. The kitchen was pretty well stocked. The backyard was a huge selling point for us and we spent a lot of time in the pool. The neighborhood was very quiet. We loved driving the golf cart to the beach every day. A perfect get away!

This property was everything we had hoped for! The house was beautiful, clean, and had everything we could have needed. The covered porch, pool, and yard were a true oasis. The golf cart and ping pong table were added bonuses. Would stay again in a heartbeat!

Awesome stay

This is an absolute must stay house for a decent size family. The location is great, and everything is well maintained. Be aware the the bunk beds are: One with king size on the bottom and queen on top. The second one has two twins.

My family and I loved staying here. The home was was so clean and looked exactly like the listing. The backyard oasis was just what we all needed to disconnect, recharge and enjoy the florida sun. We truly enjoyed ourselves and made great family memories! I would definitely stay here again.

A glimpse of Heaven

This house provided us a family vacation we will remember forever. POOL: The backyard specifically is the piece to completing the puzzle. It is so beautiful back there with so much nature. The pool is amazing. Our kids and entire family enjoyed every second of this pool. It was HUGE after spending mornings at the beach or days we weren’t able to enjoy the beach to the fullest. Okay, really anytime!! HOUSE: Plenty of room for our family. 4 adults and 2 younger kids. CLEANLINESS: I am a big clean/germ freak- I can’t help it. I was very pleased with the cleaning prior to entering for our stay. The cleaning person deserves a lot of credit because she is doing a great job. It is one of the biggest things that sets the tone for how you feel staying in the place you are. So thank you because I was put at ease the second I walked through the doors and that continued walking through and checking out the rest of the house upon arrival. CHECK IN/CHECK OUT: Susan made it all easy. She was always reachable prior to our visit and quick to respond along with helpful. Easy to check in and out. We LOVED our stay and this house is a little special hidden treasure tucked away at the end of Beth Lane. We are thankful God blessed us with this trip and the little details of this home that makes it very special and unique. Thank you!

Spring break '24

The house was amazing, kitchen was fully stocked with eveything you need to cook for several people. The golf cart was great, especially to ride down the road to the beach. The pool was big enough for our entire family with extra room. Recommend to anyone looking to stay in the area!

Nice House - Close to Beach

The house was nice and well equipped. The golf cart was so much easier to take to the beach than a car. the beach was a two minute golf cart ride! We cooked on the deck several nights - although we had to fill a propane tank. The house had games and a TV outside. The bad part of the house was the pool - it was a great size but it was not clean upon arrival, and was not cleaned for the duration of our stay - 9 days!!! We had to try to skim it but as it rained the water was cloudy. The house was clean and comfortable -and if they cleaned the pool I would stay here again!

Felt like home from day one 
 if home were an oasis!

The backyard was a Florida oasis, the house had all the amenities and the location (which we initially thought may be a little far from the beach) was perfect. Turn right on Ridge Rd and you see the ocean down the hill 
 and when you leave the beach parking area, just right up to the flashing yellow. Everyone was responsive to our questions and the week was amazing. Will definitely recommend as well as return with our hoard. #SantaRosaOasis

Great location and incredible property!

This was close to great restaurants and wonderful beaches with public access. Door/pool codes, golf cart and the directions on how to use the locks were straightforward and easy to use. Everything essential was available as described. Clean and well taken care of property and great location! Owner was wonderful to work with! We will definitely be back!

Fantastic place to stay

This home was great, it meet all our needs. The pool was large and fit our larger group very well. Some of the places we looked at had very small pools. We paid extra to have it heated and that was perfect for our evening swims. You cannot beat the back yard setting with a covered porch and gas fire pit was perfect! The six seater golf cart was an added bonus with no additional charge. I want to mention also the guest bedrooms have bunks but they are King over Queen and Queen over Queen. Also loved the ping-pong table( I was the champ)
