Intérieur redécoré en 2019 avec un nouveau tapis, de la peinture fraßche, de nouveaux meubles, une rénovation de la cuisine terminée en octobre 2019. Dunes of Seagrove a terminé les rénovations extérieures terminées en 2017.

Nouvelle tuile sur une immense terrasse (l'une des trÚs rares avec une terrasse carrelée)

Dunes of Seagrove est un condo de luxe sur Scenic Hwy 30A dans la magnifique plage de Seagrove. Si vous ĂȘtes familier avec la Scenic Hwy 30A, vous savez que c'est un peu plus que Destin et Panama City Beach.

Le condo a été redécoré professionnellement en 2014 et à nouveau en 2019. Cela comprenait de nouveaux meubles design (Drexel Heritage et Pottery Barn). En 2019, nous avons ajouté un nouveau tapis, de la peinture fraßche, un nouvel éclairage et rénové la cuisine.

Les photos ne rendent pas justice à l'un des plus beaux condos de deux chambres sur 30A. Nous voulons que vous passiez les meilleures vacances que vous ayez jamais eues à un prix raisonnable. Nous offrons donc notre condo à des tarifs trÚs compétitifs et à prix réduits. Vous obtenez un condo de niveau platine à un prix de niveau bronze. Parce que nous offrons la meilleure valeur en bord de mer, nous avons continuellement connu une occupation de 90% de janvier à octobre (100% de fin mai à août). Notre objectif principal est votre satisfaction. Nous savons que votre temps est précieux et nous voulons que vous profitiez de chaque minute de vos vacances.

The property was very nice. It was very clean, smelled good when we first walked in and was very comfortable. The Dish WiFi network was not great as it did not allow us to connect our WiFi sound system. All in all though, we really enjoyed our stay. The beach, water and weather was absolutely perfect!

We really enjoyed our condo and our stay at Dunes of Seagrove. The unit was gorgeous and spacious, the pool and pool restrooms were so nice and extremely clean, and the location was perfect! The owners of our unit were attentive and accessible. They had the best communication of any other owners of condo units we have ever stayed at. We cannot wait to go back!

Extra clean. Appeared to have been updated. Very few steps to beach. Umbrella and chair guys were very professional and very helpful. Plenty of restaurants to appease the guest. Most beautiful sand in America. Owner very nice and helpful if needed. Would not hesitate to rent again.

Fall Break!

This is my 2nd time staying at this property. My sister & I (and a friend) stayed last spring. This time my sister & I took our parents. Like before, we enjoyed this condo very much. Very clean, comfortable and great location. The pool area is very nice and such an easy walk to the beach. We loved sitting on the spacious patio at the condo as well. We had plenty of towels and other amenities inside the condo, too. Beds are very comfy and just the right amount of space for our group. I would highly recommend staying wat Ken's property. He makes the whole process very easy and is very nice to work with. Would love to visit again one day.

This condo was one of the best properties that we have stayed. Very clean and organized. The amenities from the property was great as well. Nice gym, tennis courts and two full size pools and still very short walk to the beach! Would highly recommend staying at this property!

Great Time / Great Stay

We have visited Destin / Ft. Walton several times. This was our first time staying in the 30A area. We definitely will be booking with Ken again. The Condo was very very nice and comfortable. Easy access to everything. You will not be disappointed!!! We especially enjoyed walking down the beach to play and relax at the inlet to Deer Lake. Looking forward to staying here again soon!!

We loved our stay. The condo had everything we needed. The amenities are also perfect for us, quiet beach, gym, tennis and pool. We spent many nights just sitting on the patio watching the kids play below. Perfect vacation.

We absolutely loved everything about this condo stay! Ken made the process so smooth from start to finish. The condo is very neat and so nicely decorated. The patio is out of this world! It is very large compared to any patio I've ever had at any rental property or hotel. It has ample seating for lounging and an outdoor dining area. It also has a pretty view of pool area & the dune/beach. The location it perfect! You can quickly walk to the pool and then out onto the beach. We also felt it was so nicely located close to lots of restaurants, Deer Lake Park & the other 30A communities. The condo & complex was so nice and quiet and relaxing. The whole trip we just kept commenting on how we felt like we couldnt have picked a better place for a relaxing week (teachers wanting to rest over our spring break). We even enjoyed some walks in the neighborhood as well as renting bicycles nearby. The condo is well stocked with anything we needed (towels, pillows, etc.). We didnt use much in the kitchen (since we enjoyed many local restaurants), but the kitchen included lots of amenities as well. The beds were very comfortable as was the livingroom furniture. Ken communicated with us via text to welcome us at arrival & departure. He was so great to work with. This property & host receives our highest praise!! We loved everything about our week of rest, relaxation & good food on 30A!

A very nice place to stay

We enjoyed staying in this unit very much. The king bed was very comfortable along with other furniture in the condo. The owner, Ken, texted us several times during our stay in case we needed anything. The unit was spacious as well as the balcony which was nicely furnished. It was easy access to the beach. The kitchen was equipped with all of the things we needed.

Excellent Vacation

We've stayed in several units at Dunes of Seagrove, and keep coming back. We just love it! I wasn't sure we would make it this Fourth due to budget concerns, but this one proved to be an excellent value. Adequate space, covered parking, and the fabulous Seagrove beach, which even in the peak of summer is not nearly as crowded as much of 30A. The C building is not as close to the beach, but it's just a short walk thru the pool or under the shady garage. It worked well for our family of five given the extra sleeping options via sofa beds. Ken was a great host, a solid communicator before, during and after our stay. We had a little issue and it was taken care of within minutes. Five stars!

Beautiful stay

My sister and I stayed at Ken's place last week for our annual beach trip. Ken's condo is a wonderful place to stay. So many necessities were provided which made it such a comfortable stay. Everything worked well, it was clean and quiet with beautiful views, and there is not one negative thing to say about it. Highly recommend staying here!
