This amazing rental is only 3.9 miles from the Gulf of Mexico where you will find beautiful turquoise water and fantastic white sandy beaches along the famous Hwy 30A! If you want some calmer waters for kayaking and fishing, it's less than 2 miles to Choctawatchee Bay! The Blue Bayou is a spacious, pet friendly, 4 bedroom, 2 full bath home that can accommodate 10 guests and there is plenty of room for a boat or two!! Relax on the spacious front porch while enjoying your morning coffee, or enjoy a large gathering at night on the back porch screened in bar area, complete with an outdoor TV and furniture ! The interior of the home is light with a relaxing atmosphere and a beautiful wall of glass in the dining room overlooking a large fenced in back yard which is perfect for kids and your pets! There are 6 TV's including one in each bedroom, wireless WI-FI or jump on one of the bikes we provide and to go for a ride! Grab some beach chairs and umbrellas from the garage and watch the sunset! Visit the local restaurants like The Red Bar in Grayton Beach or fresh local Seafood shops and grill outside! Santa Rosa Beach is located between Destin, FL and Panama City Beach, FL. Stop by Grayton Beach State Park and see the amazing sand dunes! There is fantastic shopping in Seaside, Watercolor, Rosemary Beach, Grayton Beach and all along 30-A. Nice kitchen with plenty of room, private dining area, pet friendly with nice fenced yard. Covered parking and beach supplies. Beds were very comfortable and the main bathroom was large with both tub and shower. Laundry facilities were excellent.

House was nice and well stocked. Plenty of room for the 10 of us that stayed. The dogs had a nice fenced in back yard to run and play. 2 grills out back, gas and propane. Kitchen was well stocked with anything you may need for cooking if you choose to do so. We chose this property as we had 2 trucks and boats for our time on the ocean. Boat ramp was a 3 minute drive which was great. We had plenty of room to park the trucks/ trailers as well as 2 additional trucks. That’s not easy to find in this area. Only complaint I had was the back porch was hot in the mid of day in summer. Yet it is Florida. Winter time would be great to enjoy the nice big screened in back porch. There is a garage area that had bicycles, beach chairs and beach umbrellas to utilize while there. Overall it was a great place.

Fully stocked kitchen, Bikes and beach items,Bar area is huge with a big screen TV. The house a large size dog crate and a small carry on one as well. Large fenced yard. Minutes away from many functions. Supermarket is a bike ride away.Overall a very pleasant stay. Host/owners have set a real home tone to this property.

Check in was very easy and kitchen was nicely equipped. Wi-Fi was great. The only negative was the small step ups and step downs. There were 3 of us and we all had a trip and fall. I fear if an older couple rented the house, they may be injured. Personally I would rent it again. We enjoyed our stay.

We felt like home!

The house really felt like home. My family and I absolutely loved it – it had everything we needed. It was super close to the beach and stores, which made everything so convenient. The owner was great too, always quick to respond whenever I had a question or needed a recommendation. My kids and my Goldendoodle loved the backyard – plenty of room to run around. Honestly, my favorite part of the house was the bar area. Thanks again for such a wonderful stay!

Our First Get-away

We loved the size and space and how everyone wasn’t all on each other. The drive to restaurants and beach is just perfect . Our most favorite part was the late night bike riding and the bar . Overall it’s a great stay I highly recommend this property and will be coming back.

Home owners went above and beyond expectations

Can’t express how amazing this stay was my son and his friends stayed here and the host was so wonderful and helpful in so many ways between locations to visit to making them/us feel more like the stay was at a close friend or family members home the host were so welcoming (I want to make sure I say that the communication was always prompted by us) but they genuinely wanted everyone staying to have the best time possible and I’m just so happy with this property, the host, the stay, everything:)

Great Rental in Santa Rosa with Pets!

My wife and doggies enjoyed our recent stay. The location is convenient to Grayton Beach and Highway 98. The house was extremely clean and the kitchen stocked. There was even space and bowls for the dogs who loved the fenced back yard. The screen porch and large bar were a nice surprise (wish that it was warmer to enjoy it). The owners were very quick at addressing questions and a joy to work with. Thanks for a great 2 night stay! Merry Christmas!

Fishing Vacation

My wife and I loved this property. It has a cute and homey feel to it from when we first walked in. The location was conveniently located close to two boat launches, and had plenty of room to park my boat under a carport cover. We liked how it was close to the beach roads, restaurants, and stores, but set back on one of the not so busy streets. We would like to go back when the weather is cooler and use the fire pit in the back yard after a day on the water.

Amazing Property - Just as pictured

We had to evacuate during Hurricane Milton - this was stressful and scary and Danielle made this such a great experience - the home was ready, clean and just so peaceful and comforting. They have all the comforts of home. AC units were clean and house was neat and tidy - we would rent again and hopefully will for a planned vacation
