Beach getaway with pups

We had a great time, the fenced back yard was perfect for our pups that we never leave home. House was larger than expected plenty of space. Super cute little neighborhood!! Great location, pool is close by, beach is a little ways but we rented a golfcart to go to and from the beach, shops and restaurants. All in all a great stay!!! Would definitely recommend Off the Hook!!

A nice setup for the whole family

We stayed at Off the Hook for 2 weeks at the end of July/August. We loved that we were able to bring our dogs with us and enjoyed the extra space of having a house! It was a short golf cart ride to the beach. The house is in the back of the neighborhood so it would be a longer walk. I would recommend a golf cart if you carry toys, cooler, chairs, etc. to the beach with you. We enjoyed our stay and felt right at home!

What a score!

We decided to extend our stay by 2 days so we moved rentals to this one. The process was so smooth and we felt so lucky to find something in a great location, with plenty of space, last minute and at a fair price. The house was just perfect.

House was great and loved having the back yard for our dog. Great location on 30A. Will probably rent a golf cart next time to make the beach walk/stuff transport a little easier. Overall great house, super cute and cozy. Had a great time!

A very nice stay! Property is adorably decorated and well furnished with everything you need. A towel bar was broken when we arrived and it was fixed promptly. Only glitch was that property manager changed the gate code while we were out to dinner and we could not get back in! Thankfully, another renter shared the code with us. Restaurants are extremely busy - two-hour waits are the norm - so plan ahead with reservations!

Great tucked away neighborhood with pools and really nice landscaping. The property was exactly what we expected with the exception of the ceiling fans hadn’t been cleaned recently and the towel rack in one bathroom was coming out of the wall. Very minor in the grand scheme and I would definitely book this property again.

Cutest house and neighborhood

We had the best time - thank you for sharing your house with our family. The house was so cute and had everything we needed. We brought our dog and the fenced in back yard was perfect. The neighborhood was quiet from all the hustle and bustle, but close to the beach, great Resturants and lots of ice cream for our granddaughters. Would definitely rent again.

Perfect

Our family of four (my husband and I and two kids under 10) had a wonderful stay! The photos don’t do this property justice - the house is adorable with high ceilings, tasteful decor, plenty of space, and everything we needed for our stay. It’s nestled in the back of a cute little community with access to several small pools on the property and very friendly neighbors. The beach is nearby but the walk to the beach was a little long for our family, so we opted to drive each morning and were able to easily find parking in the small lot or on 30a everyday before 10am. The owner was very communicative and helpful. Would definitely recommend!

Nice rental home close to the beach

Great rental home not far from the beach. The only reason why I’m not giving 5 stars is because of a major roach problem. We killed at least 10 of them while there (the small ones that are hard to get rid of). Also, we had to buy some wash cloths - home only had 4 - 5 which is not enough. Overall, it’s a nice home and we’ll consider staying here again if we are assured the roaches are gone.

We’ve been coming to this neighborhood for several years now and love It. Check in time is a little late in my opinion and check out time is 9 am which is ridiculously early. 11 like a hotel is normal. But other than that it was perfect.

Super clean and comfortable

Even though the weather was dreary and cold we had an excellent time during our stay in Santa Rosa. The house was so clean when you walked in you could smell the cleaness! It was also tastefully decorated, very comfortable, and pet friendly. The house had everything we needed to stay comfortably except perishable foods. There are a Publix and a Walmart down the road. There are miles of bike trails on and off-road nearby. The beach is so close and just beautiful! We found quite a few excellent restaurants right near us. The property manager was available and responsive. We can’t wait to return and will surely stay at Cool Beans again!!
