Welcome to our little slice of heaven. 5 min walk to the beach, 2 mins to incredible restaurants, organic market, bakery, famous Blue mountain creamery, bike rentals and more! New 6 seater golf cart is included, as well as 4 bikes! Visit each city along 30A- parks, great restaurants, stores and events. 30 A is 27 miles of bike paths for your exploring pleasure plus the state park at Grayton is nearby. Spend a day on the beach and then come home to a quick outdoor shower and splash in your private salt water pool. Heating the pool is included- no extra fees!

4 bedrooms plus bunk room with 4 bunks. Heated splash pool. High quality build with white oak floors, professionally decorated, super clean and comfortable. The fully stocked kitchen will be the best you've ever rented- just read our reviews! We have just about every gadget and small appliance you can think of, along with beautiful dishes and top notch pots and pans!

King suite with full bath on main, king suite with full bath on 2nd level, Queen suite with 2 Queen beds and private full bath on 2nd level, loft area with Murphy bed on 3rd level plus adjoining bunk room with 4 twin beds, full bath with tub/shower. All mattresses are high quality memory foam. You won't want to leave your bed!

Storage room stocked with beach chairs, umbrellas, wagon, beach toys, coolers, bike pump and more. We include so much in your stay- we have some beach towels, cleaning supplies, spices, condiments, paper towels, shampoo, conditioner and body wash, even dishwasher and laundry detergent. We make your packing easy! We'll give you a full list of what's included along with best places to eat, things to do, etc.

This is our favorite area of 30A. Less crowded than Rosemary/Seaside, great restaurants and so much to do nearby- paddle boarding, pickleball, jet skis, fire pits on the beach watching fabulous sunsets. The home is also equipped with technology like Alexa, Sonos system and bluetooth speakers by the pool. You'll have access to free streaming TV and movies. We've collected an assortment of games, books and puzzles for your enjoyment. This is a place you’ll return to year after year to make memories. We want your stay to be perfect so we’ve equipped the house with everything we think you’ll need. If you’re missing something, just let us know!

Parking for three cars in front of the home. Golf cart is parked on right side of home. There is room to park another golf cart if you rent another.

Great Weekend in 30A!

This house was amazing! We had the most fabulous long weekend here and we were thrilled with the property. Every bedroom had their own on suite bathroom (which was a huge plus for 12 women!) and the kitchen was fully stocked with everything we could need! The use of the golf cart was amazing and made it so easy to run around town. Sherry was helpful and attentive when communicating. I would absolutely stay in this property again!

The most amazing time at Dune Side!!

Wow - I can't say enough about our wonderful stay with Sherry. She was proactive and responsive before and during the stay. The house was stunning and clean, and the neighborhood was so cute. It's a short walk to the beach or you have access to the golf cart. I was especially impressed with Sherry as she reached out during out stay to make sure things were going well, and was quick to reply if I had questions, such as the best way to the beach. I was really impressed with this stay, and would absolutely rent this property again.

Superior Accommodations - Host thought of EVERYTHING!!

Our stay was nothing short of perfect. The place was spotless, and the host thought of every possible need. If we needed something, it was already there. Luxurious linens, every amenity, and even thoughtful extras like bungee cords for beach chairs. The ice maker was always full, the towels were plush, and not a speck of dust anywhere. The decor was modern and fresh, the blinds ensured great sleep, and the pool was stunning. This home is outstanding—anyone visiting the 30A area should have this at the top of their list! We can not wait to return and without question we will be staying here. Thank you Sherry for putting together such a thoughtful and beautiful home...

Wonderful home

We couldn’t have been happier with our stay. The home is exactly as advertised and it’s clean. Often we’ve found rental homes to be worn out and more tired than photos indicate, but we were pleased this was not the case here. Host is wonderful and quick to communicate and friendly! So nice not dealing with a rental company but rather an individual owner like Sherry. Thanks for a great stay!

This was hands down the best VRBO we've ever rented. The hostess was amazing, and everything was perfect. The house was beautiful, especially the kitchen—I felt like I was on a cooking show! We had 4 adults, 3 boys, and 6 girls, and there was plenty of space for everyone to spread out comfortably. The house was fully equipped with everything we needed and even things we didn’t realize we’d need. It truly exceeded all of our expectations!

Great Home!

The house was clean, well stocked, and communication with Sherry was great! We had a large group and there was plenty of room. It is rare the house is better than the listing photos but this is one of those cases! The location is great and the walk to the beach was easy, the golf cart was great to have as well! Perfect Girls Trip

Sherry was extremely responsive and accommodating from the second I booked the house! We were so happy with how clean and adorable the house was. It had everything we needed (even Agave!). AMAZING!

We stayed here for a bachelorette trip, and it was perfect!! The house is beautiful and in an amazing location--just a short walk (or shorter golf cart ride) to the beach. You're also extremely close to Blue Mountain Creamery as well as other bars and restaurants. Sherry was very responsive and so helpful when we had questions! the best weekend!

We celebrated my bachelorette trip this past weekend and we had the best time. This house is gorgeous and is in the perfect location! Everything about our stay was perfect. Sherry was amazing. She had the house stocked with everything we needed and responded to all our questions in such a timely manner. She even went above and beyond to check in to see how things were going and was able to heat the pool remotely when we needed! We would definitely recommend staying here!
