Guest access
Guests have full access to the entire home and all community amenities, including two resort-style pools (Northside is heated seasonally), community grills, a vibrant town center, large green spaces, and over 20 miles of 30A bike and hiking paths. This rental also includes exclusive use of a 6-seater golf cart and all provided beach gear and toys, making your 30A beach vacation easy and enjoyable.

Enjoy self-check-in with a smart lock. Your unique access code will be sent on the day of arrival.

Parking:
‱ Free parking for 3 vehicles – 1 in the garage and 2 in the driveway
‱ Overflow parking is available in Prominence South (gravel spots on Pleasant and Clipper Streets)
‱ No overnight parking at the pool
‱ No trailer parking available
‱ Bikes and golf carts must be parked in the driveway or garage

Quiet hours and Prominence community rules apply to ensure a peaceful stay for all guests. These will be shared in your pre-arrival information.

Other things to note
There is 1 security camera located above the garage with view of the driveway and the street and another at the front door. Camera has NO VIEW of the interior of the home. This camera is used to monitor for garage door failures and as a theft deterrent of high value items, such as bikes, golf cart or renter's personal items in the garage.
Parking: Vehicles or golf cart are not allowed to park on the street. All vehicles, golf cart, and bikes must be parked in garage or driveway
ONLY. Do not park in neighboring driveways or your vehicle could be towed.
Every room is equipped with a Smart TV, allowing guests to log in to their personal streaming accounts.

Golf Cart Laws: Driver's license required, permitted on 35 MPH or less roads, all passengers must be restrained, drive sober, no open containers, no texting, no parking on the streets or pathways, no driving on utility path.
Driver MUST BE 25yrs or older to drive/operate golf cart and have signed waiver agreement. Please note that golf carts are not permitted in some neighboring 30A communities, and parking is restricted. Violations may result in ticketing.
