The space

Welcome to 'SeaGlass!'

This luxurious 30A Gulf-front dream home is as private as it gets, with 50ft of private deeded beach and its own set of steps for access!

On the first floor, you'll be greeted by a huge foyer as you step inside, which connects in to the large game room with fun for all ages featuring a custom poker table, a ping pong table, board games, and a convenient kitchenette/wet bar! This level also includes a mud room with a commercial-grade ice maker (great for filling up coolers!), a full-size laundry room, and two spacious bedrooms both with King-size beds and en-suite bathrooms with glass showers. There is also access to the back yard, which has Adirondack chairs and corn hole on the shaded astro-turf area, perfect for relaxing or entertaining.

The second floor is truly the heart of the home! Starting with the fully equipped chef's kitchen featuring a 6-burner Wolf stove with gas burners and a griddle, dual ovens, custom cabinetry, and a large scullery (pantry room) connected behind the kitchen. The open-concept layout lets the kitchen flow seamlessly into the dining room and into the main living room with a frame TV, where floor-to-ceiling glass sliders provide the most breathtaking Gulf views! Step out from the living room to your own outdoor retreat with an expansive glass balcony. Enjoy the private pool with oversized sun shelf and built-in loungers, make outdoor meals with the built-in gas BBQ grill, and take in the beautiful views.

Also on the second floor is an additional living room/media room, complete with oversized comfortable seating for a large group, and a stunning built-in wet bar, providing an extra space to gather and spread out or let the kids watch movies. A full bathroom with a glass shower is also located on this floor for added convenience.

Ascending to the third floor, you'll find two more stunning bedrooms. The stunning master bedroom is loaded, featuring a King bed, a 55" frame TV, an office nook, a built-in wet bar, a private sitting area with a sofa, a HUGE custom walk-in closet, a private balcony with sweeping Gulf views, AND a luxurious en-suite bathroom complete with dual vanities, a massive glass shower, and a separate soaking tub. The next bedroom is a guest room with a Queen bed and an en-suite bathroom with a glass shower. With the beach right in your backyard, there's no need to take your car anywhere! You can also take the included LSV/Golf Cart to explore the area - it is street legal and just a few minutes to tons of local restaurants, shops, and entertainment venues (some walkable)!

Also, the protected, unbuildable lot next door guarantees no construction and keeps your Gulf views wide open!

*We also manage the home right next to this one, if you have a large group but still want to stay close! It is Bramble Beach (5 bedrooms- sleeps 16). Based on availability, these homes can be rented out at the same time. Please see circled picture!

Guest access

There is parking for two cars in the garage, as well as 2 additional cars in the driveway!

This home is located ON the beach and just 1.5 miles directly down 30A to the center of Seaside, an easy walk or bike ride away for coffee or a glass of wine!

Other things to note
-Check in is 4:00 PM & check out is 10:00 AM. Late check out / early check in will be subject to another day's rental fees.
-Please note we provide a starter set of supplies such as toilet paper, paper towels, trash bags, dishwasher + laundry pods for your stay.
-Smoking is strictly prohibited.
-All renters must be over 25 years of age, or if under age 25 must be accompanied by a parent/legal guardian.
-LSV/Golf Cart is not to be driven past the town of WaterColor to the West or past The Big Chill to the East. Resolving any issue from the LSV/Golf Cart battery dying because of the renters not charging it will be charged to the renters.
-​​​​​​​Pool heating is free of charge, but must still be requested 48 hours prior to check-in; it is available October 1 - April 30.
-Damage that occurs will be collected from the renters.
-Southern Holiday Homes can not be held liable for any damage or injury to any persons caused by LSV/Golf Cart, bikes, pool, or other amenities provided to guests.
