Welcome to SeaHaunts 1A -- a beautiful modern and updated Gulf-front townhome nestled in a quiet section of Blue Mountain Beach right off 30A. This 4-bedroom, 3 bath unit boasts breathtaking views with direct access to the sugar white sand and emerald water of the Gulf of Mexico.

The first level has a bunkroom, plus a bedroom with full bath with shower. Easily walk out to the beach path from here. The deck also includes a gas grill and shower. The second floor is a beautifully decorated living room that opens to an amazing kitchen to prepare vacation meals - all with stunning Gulf views. Behind the kitchen you'll also find a 2nd full bath. Up next on the third floor you’ll find a spacious master bedroom overlooking the Gulf with a private balcony to enjoy a cup of coffee in the morning or a drink in the afternoon. This bedroom shares a Jack-and-Jill bathroom with the 4th bedroom. All bedrooms come with TVs for your entertainment needs.

Immediately next door is the San Remo complex where you can access the pool and their fitness room. The pool is heated seasonally (call for dates) and features lap lanes and a spacious hot tub.

Up to 2 Dogs allowed. 50 pound maximum per dog, 150.00 pet fee per dog.

Do not stay here . Safety issues persistent throughout the stay and the management company did nothing to help us. Benchmark management is terrible. We had issues with doors not locking completely and an electric shock from wires hanging from behind the cabinet in the kitchen. Safety is not their concern. Doors not locking wherever there is water and strangers could walk on in. The wires hanging down and could electrocute someone. The grill that was promised was completely rusted and broken. The upstairs bathroom has broken tile on the floor and it feels like it could collapse. I had nothing but issues and every time I reached out they said they would fix the problems and nobody ever came by to help. We were promised a great getaway and had nothing but worries and safety problems.

Family Beach Stay

Overall this is a wonderful property. Our family very much enjoyed it. My only feedback is that the bottom floor patio and exit to the beach was messy and had several broken items scattered around.

Beautiful Spot

The stay was lovely, the only complaint I do have is that there was not a broom or dust pan or anything to help us keep the sand at a minimum. It’s the beach, there will be sand, obviously. But not having a broom to keep after it seems a little odd to me. The property management company was not super helpful when I reached out asking if maybe it accidentally got locked into a cleaning closet. Aside from that, it was as advertised just well lived in and loved. Which is okay by me. Area is great, pool was great, beach was great. Overall a wonderful experience. I’d come back, just with my own broom and dust pan! Enjoy your stays here. Very safe with kiddos.

Kicking off the Summer with the Family

We really enjoyed our stay in Santa Rosa. The location was fabulous!! Right on the beach and close walking distance to shops and Restaurants. This unit met our family needs perfectly! The kitchen was fully stocked with everything we needed, and the balconies had lovely furniture with plenty of comfortable seating. The balconies were our favorites spots to drink coffee and eat breakfast and dinner. The pups absolutely LOVED being with us vacation!! They loved the breeze blowing their ears, lol. Comfortable beds, great AC, comfortable living room room furniture, everything was great!!

Had a really good time

There was a lot of things wrong with the condo itself. We called management 8 times and nobody would call back. We we finally got someone to help us they said they had not been told about the prior 7 phone calls???Refrigerator didn't work the whole time we were there. Had to use mini fridges the entire week. The door locks and latches didn't work, some tv's were broken. landscape was very unkept, bath tub didn't drain. I don't normally leave negative reviews but sometimes it's needed. We had a wonderful time but when you pay almost 6000 dollars for a rental you at least expect a refrigerator. We lost a lot of groceries but our money for them was reimbursed. Nothing was reimbursed for the rental itself, just the groceries. They said they were going to reimburse some of the rental but of course we never heard back from them.

Loved the access to beach and great pool. Only wish the outdoor furniture was better quality and more comfortable because sitting on balconies was very important to our family. It needs to be upgraded and replaced. Comfortable beds and kitchen was well equipped. Definitely would consider staying here again.

5 stars for convenience!

Seahaunts 1A is excellent for convenience. It's oceanfront view, pool access, and easy walk to restaurants and shopping make it perfect for families with kids. Very easy to get around. The unit is good size and worked well with our group. The cleanliness could be better. The sheets were mediocre. Some minor maintenance issues, like the peeling paint on the banister and the condensation on the air vents that dripped onto the floor. Although there were some issues, I would rent there again because like I said, the convenience is perfect.

We loved the property. Management Co. has been horrible in helping us find a necklace that was accidentally left on Saturday, April 2. Multiple attempts made, only one woman answered the phone and was very curt. Said she would send an email link that never arrived. Loved the condo, but not sure if we will use Benchmark Company again. If you have a problem, they are unavailable to help. Would not recommend due to Benchmark.

Views

Views of the beach were wonderful. Someone reported it wasn’t clean for them but we found it clean. Being on the end of the building means more windows which was nice on cool days. Between the rows of buildings is a nice green space A note for those not familiar with the Emerald Coast: dogs need a permit for the beach and only property owners can get a permit. Gulf place was an easy walk for restaurants. Another note: on the stairs the top and bottom risers are different. Not a big deal but you need to be careful.

Needs Cleaning.

We realize that a cleaning company does the rental cleaning. There were several things that need to be addressed. 1. Floors were very sandy when we arrived. 2 The vents in all the bathrooms were very dirty and had lent all over them. 3. Upstairs bathroom vanity sink drained very very slow. 4. Sheets in the beds were very wrinkled. They actually looked like someone had slept on them. 5. Patio was a mess with toys and chairs and hasn’t been straightened up. 6. Wooden walk way out to the beach was overgrown with vines and shrubs. At night it was scary to walk through it. We truly enjoyed our stay. And we will return again. As a business owner myself I feel you need to know about these issues. Thank you so much for a wonderful week!!

Problems

Great location with easy access to the beach and local restaurants. The biggest problem was bugs!! The kitchen was not well equipped with only one frying pan, the patio furniture finally showed up midweek and the kitchen cabinet which houses the garbage was broken. Overall can only give it a 3star
