âą Rental Agreement: Once booked, youâll receive a point of contact form and a short rental agreement to e-sign. This is for liability purposes only.
âą Security Deposit: There is a $150 security deposit HOLD (not a charge) placed on your credit card on file 3 days before you arrive. Itâs auto released 3 days after you depart!
âą Max Occupancy: Accommodates up to 12 guests
âą Pet Policy: Two dogs allowed with prior approval and a $200 fee /per dog. We use a site "PetScreening" to manage all four-legged guests. While we only allow dogs, a profile and a pet fee are required for each one joining you. (Note: Pet fees and registration are not required for service animals).
âą Guest Policies: No smoking, vaping, no parties or events, and please keep noise to a minimum after 11 PM
âą Safety: Equipped with smoke and carbon monoxide detectors, and fire extinguishers
âą Amenities: Fresh linens, towels, and starter toiletry essentials are provided for your comfort
