A second Master King Suite with private bath (and walk-in shower) is located upstairs. The second floor also holds an additional King Suite and 2 separate Kid's Rooms, one with a built-in Twin-over-Twin Bunk-bed and the other with two Twin Beds. Access to WaterColorâs amenities will only be issued to registered guests that are staying at the home, and strictly limited by the homeâs maximum number of guests.

No Smoking: Smoking in any form (e.g. cigarettes, cigars, âe-cigarettesâ or âvapesâ) are not permitted in 'Dew Drop Inn.' No exceptions will be made. Golf Cart: The Golf Cart is provided to the Guest by a 3rd Party Vendor, BeachWalk Vacation Gear, LLC ("BVG, LLC"). The rental policy signed is between the Guest and BVG, LLC. Golf Cart is not owned or provided to the Guest by the Homeowner or BeachWalk Vacation Properties, LLC.
