Amazing house in a great location!

The house was perfect and clean the beds were comfortable and so much space throughout. The host was fast to respond to questions. We didn’t have a single issue. We had fun fishing from the canal. The third floor bedroom was like a separate apartment. We would absolutely stay here again.

Everything I expected and more. The owner was very responsive. The house was stocked with every need. We traveled with a 27 foot boat and the sea wall/dock accomodated it nicely. I highly recommend this rental for anyone traveling with a boat.

My family had a great time at this beautiful property. The house is great and the amenities are even better. Danielle was fantastic and very responsive. The open gourmet kitchen was a perfect place to cook and gather. The homemade cookies were a spectacular welcome gift. The elevator made it so easy to get luggage and groceries to the main level. Perfect Getaway

We really enjoyed our stay at SSSR. We brought our 23’ pontoon boat and it was a nice 30-40 min ride to Crab Island. Easy to dock the boat and huge bonus to be able to park our trailer (and 3 cars) on the driveway. Neighborhood was very peaceful and convenient to grocery stores, the Grand Boulevard and the outlets. The house was well equipped. The kitchen had everything you could need - air fryer, crock pot, lots of cookware, silverware, plates and glasses, good selection of spices, a separate coffee/wine bar with sink and ice maker and more! Beds were comfortable and the elevator was convenient for getting our luggage and groceries up the steps. Communication with the host was also excellent. Looking forward to coming back! Don’t hesitate to book this house, especially if you have a boat.

Beautiful, clean property

We were so impressed by the property, ease, and communication within our stay! We were greeted immediately with the sweetest handwritten note and home baked cookies (in which our children devoured!) This modern, homey property will be on our list of places to return in the future. We brought our boat (owners have a covered boat lift) and we were about 20-25 min from crab island so the location was perfect! We recommend this place for your next Destin trip!

Great Customer Service + Great Home = A Great Stay

There are 3 things that are extremely important to me when I am traveling and have to stay in a vacation rental - the customer service (before, during, and after), the cleanliness of the home, and the “newness” of the home (I love a nice modern vacation rental:-)). Before booking the home, I had a couple of questions and the owner responded immediately with answers. She was super helpful as there were a few other times I had questions and she answered each one. Her friendly, helpful, and professional tone through messaging are the number one reasons I booked this property (and that continued during our stay and even after we departed). Once we arrived and saw the house, that was the icing on the cake! It was beautiful (just like the pictures), there were fresh baked cookies and a nice thank you note from the owner
the house was VERY clean and VERY modern! Everyone in our group had only positive things to say about it. The beds were comfortable. The kitchen was well stocked and the view from the patio on the back was lovely and a nice touch as well. Honestly, I could go on and on, but I will end by saying this - if you are hesitating about booking this property, don’t. You will not be disappointed. It’s a very beautiful home and we will be booking again in September!!
