The space

Welcome to 'Shooting Stars!'

This luxurious, newly finished, lakefront home is loaded with balconies galore, designer furnishings, and endless large windows throughout that allow for beautiful natural light and the most stunning views!

Outside, enjoy the private heated pool, surrounded by comfortable lounge seating, an outdoor TV, BBQ grill, a small dining table, and peaceful lake views. It's the perfect spot to spend your days in the sun or evenings under the stars.

Inside on the first floor, you'll find a secondary living area with direct access to the outdoor pool deck, and right across is a dining area and kitchenette for poolside snacks and drinks. This floor also includes a half bathroom, a full bathroom with a large glass shower, and one of two laundry rooms.

Head up to the second floor to the heart of the home, where the main living area opens up with a cozy fireplace, a round table, and a balcony with stunning Gulf views! The open-concept floor plan leads you right into the dining room with an elegant dining table and a separate balcony with stunning lake views. The kitchen is a chef's dream, featuring a 6-burner stove (with part griddle), dual ovens, and gorgeous waterfall marble countertops.

Two bedrooms are located just off the main living room, one King room and one bunk room with two Full-over-Full bunks plus a Full-sized trundle bed. Both bedrooms have their own private balcony overlooking the lake and an en-suite bathroom with a glass walk-in shower. A second laundry room is also located on this floor for added convenience.

On the third floor, you'll find the fun-filled game room, featuring Foosball, shuffleboard, a comfy sofa, and a TV for extra entertainment! Also on this floor are the other four bedrooms, the first being the Master bedroom featuring a King bed, a private balcony with gorgeous Gulf views, and a luxurious en-suite bathroom with dual vanities, a large glass shower, and a separate soaking tub. There are two additional King bedrooms, each with a private balcony with lake AND Gulf views, and an en-suite bathroom with a glass shower. There is parking for up to 4 cars in the driveway.

Other things to note
-Pet friendly upon approval. Please inquire for non-refundable pet fee based on breed and size.
-Check in is 4:00 PM & check out is 10:00 AM. Late check out / early check in may be subject to another day's rental fees.
-Please note we provide a starter set of supplies such as toilet paper, paper towels, trash bags, dishwasher + laundry pods for your stay.
-Smoking is prohibited.
-All renters must be over 25 years of age, or if under age 25 must be accompanied by a parent/legal guardian.
-Pool heating must be for the full duration of your stay and must be requested 48 hours prior to check in and paid before the heater will be turned on. Pool heating cost is $50/night of your reservation and is available October 1 - April 30.
-LSV is not to be driven past the start of Timpoochee Trail to the West or the town of Blue Mountain to the East. Resolving any issue from the LSV battery dying because of the renters not charging it will be charged to the renters.
-Damage that occurs will be collected from the renters.
-Southern Holiday Homes can not be held liable for any damage or injury to any persons caused by LSV, bikes, pool, or other amenities provided to guests.
