Seaside "Frose Rose" | 2 BR | Sleeps 6 | Private | Steps to Beach!

Frose Rose, Located in Seaside with access to the Private beach at The Tupelo access, this charming 2 bedroom / 2 bath cottage is nestled among the trees and opens up to beautiful private pathways and gazebos on Rosewalk.
A large front porch has shady seating for 2, or seating for 4 in large chairs on the south side.Try a Frosé Rosé from Great Southern’s B.F.F. outdoor stand or one from Crêpes du Soleil food truck!
Inside you'll enjoy an open living and dining space, quaint kitchen, and 2 swivel rockers with a queen sleeper sofa (best for 1-2 children or 1 adult). The kitchen may be small – but has stainless steel appliances, a full sized refrigerator with water & ice maker in the door, a Jenn-Air Oven with a stove-top grill, microwave, toaster oven, blender, and a standard drip coffer maker. There is a small pantry with a full sized washer & dryer. The dining area has an Ethan Allen table with extra leaf that backs up to a large window banquette, seating up to 6 people comfortably. Be sure to look inside the window seat for all new family games to play.

Downstairs has a queen guest bedroom with a closet, storage and desk. All new bedding and pillows and a Smart TV. The bedroom joins a full bath with shower/tub and a place to hang all your towels and swimsuits.

Upstairs is the king master retreat with a large bay window seat full of extra blankets. Ample storage with a 4 drawer chest, and a 6 drawer lingerie chest. The upstairs bedroom also has a Smart TV. This suite has its own private oversized bathroom , jacuzzi tub, and a large separate shower. There are two sinks with plenty of counter space for getting yourself or the kids ready for a fun day or night in Seaside.

Nestled among the magnolia trees with beautiful views of Seaside's lush natural habitat and private gazebo, Frosé Rose offers a getaway that feels secluded while being only steps away from the heart of downtown Seaside. This little cottage is a short walk to the private residential beach access at Tupelo Pavilion. It is just 3 ½ blocks from the center of Seaside with its award-winning restaurants, art galleries, gift and clothing shops, open air market, bookstore, coffee and ice cream shops, and the famed gourmet Modica Market. Frosé Rose is located east of the town square and close to 2 of the 3 Seaside pools, tennis courts, and fitness center.
Seaside is a beach town with an old-fashioned feel, lots of white picket fences, and winding footpaths. There are activities almost too numerous to mention. There are twilight concerts and movies on the grass, bike rides on the narrow streets, dining at Bud and Alley's or the many food trucks downtown, a different gorgeous sunset every night, yoga, tennis, croquet, wine festivals, live theater, fun on the beach, long peaceful walks, crabbing in the Gulf, a visit to the pristine white Chapel, searching for shells, eating ice cream, swimming and floating in the crystal-clear water. Nearby are golf courses, miles of bike paths, fishing, kayaking and canoeing in dune lakes. Those lucky enough to find Seaside come back again and again.

** There is an additional cost to use the 3 pools and fitness center in Seaside. This charge is optional with Sandpiper Vacation Rentals. The cost for this cottage is $56/day. Please alert us after booking should you wish to add the "Seaside Amenity Passes" to your reservation. Seaside requires the passes to be purchased for the entirety of your stay when ordered.
