Mi Casa, a charming vacation home, offers an ideal retreat for those seeking a blend of comfort and coastal adventure. Nestled in the picturesque Seagrove area, it is merely two blocks away from the breathtaking emerald waters and sugar-white beaches of the Gulf. This prime location allows guests to immerse themselves in the quintessential beach experience, complete with the serene sounds of the waves. The property boasts a stunning heated pool, available for an additional $50 per day, providing a perfect oasis for relaxation and leisure.
Beyond its immediate comforts, Mi Casa's strategic location is a gateway to the broader charms of the region. It's conveniently situated just a bike ride away from the quaint Seaside, FL, and within a 5-mile radius of notable destinations like The Hub, Alys Beach, and Rosemary. * This home has a pool alarm required by Florida law which cannot be disabled.
* Guests will be held responsible for any damage to the alarm.
* Please note that we do not guarantee pool heat.
* No Pets! No Smoking! No Parties! The primary renter must be at least 25 years old with a ratio of one adult over 25 per 3 under 25 during spring break and summer seasons.
* 30A Vacay rental agreement is required to be signed prior to arrival.**
