The location is great and the property itself was fine. My complaint is with the company that manages this property, Benchmark Management. When we arrived, with bags of groceries, the refrigerator was not working, and they had put a dorm-size fridge in the dining area. When called about this, they said we’re sorry, we’ve made a note of this, and thank you for your patience. I asked via text to be moved to another location that they manage and they said the fridge not working didn’t warrant this and that they supplied a sufficient replacement. We had to go out and buy a cooler to put our groceries in and keep replenishing the ice. It made for a less than relaxing time because we had to worry about keeping things cold. And they didn’t care. I had to ask for some sort of refund and I was told they have sent it to their board to look at. I even asked to speak to a mgr and have been told repeatedly that one is not available but they would call me back. I will never rent from them again.

Here's our thoughts......

Great location to all restaurants and shopping on 30A. Clean apartment. Spacious. Hosts continually text to check in and confirm we're doing well. Beach chair/umbrella rentals are ready and easy to pick up each day. There are 2 elevators in the building. One of them was broken for 1 of the days making the up/down trips really inconvenient. Also, we were unaware that we needed to supply our own toilet paper and paper towels. The AC works great but in the posted instructions listed inside the apartment say "do not set temperature below 70." The apartment does have a vacuum cleaner inside (we did not find a broom) for the sand we trekked inside which was unavoidable. The lighting inside was fair at best - terrible for applying makeup for us 4 female guests trying to get dressed up every night for dinners.

A week in Seagrove

Sea Grove Beach is one of our favorite area on the FL Emerald Coast, especially during the shoulder months. One Sea Grove Place is the perfect location for the two of us to unwind, relax and enjoy the incredible Gulf Front view. We try and go at least once a year.

40th Birthday Celebration

This was a perfect place to celebrate my 40th birthday. The weather was beautiful, the sounds of the waves lulled us to sleep every night we were there. We will definitely book this again the next time we visit the area.

Unit needs updating, likely will never stay at One Seagrove again. We typically stay at Beachcrest and will go back there on our future trips. The beach and weather was awesome!

Beautiful ocean view but condo needs updating

The ocean view is awesome in the mornings and at sunset but you can’t help noticing the condo needs some general love and care. Needs updating of kitchen and bath and furniture. Location is great!! Close to the ocean and Seaside and Rosemary! As well as local restaurants!

Very Outdated

This condo is very outdated and not cleaned well. Paint peeling off the walls.Bathrooms are very small and the fridge was not very cool. If you have a small family this is not the place for you. Better options in the area.

Beautiful location

View is beautiful. Beach access is easy. I’ve stayed at this property multiple times. This stay was a bit disappointing because the particular unit was not clean and was not being well kept. Twin beds need new mattresses. Bed pillows also need to replaced in both bedrooms. One of the two elevators for the 21 story building was nonfunctional the entire week we were there. Code did not work for restrooms provided for access when using beach or pool. (Two other people besides myself tried while I was there. None of us could get the code to work.) The overall property is also undergoing a major reconstruction for the front, which will be nice when finished but currently makes access and parking less than desirable.

We go every fall

We enjoy going every fall to One Seagrove Place. We rent bikes and enjoy the surrounding area. The view from our condo is fantastic and the beach is clean and water is clear. Always a great vacation!

It is a good size condo in a convenient location. The beds are comfortable. The condo looked clean. What I didn't like are the bedding Linens they are very really old especially in the room that was two beds!

Never received the door code through the Hospitality app. Called after waiting an hour and was taken care of. No wrist bands were left in the unit for pool access, no big deal. The shower curtain rod in the master bath kept falling. Other than that, it was a pretty good experience, great beach access and great view!

Love Seagrove Beach! Great condo- maybe not the most updated condo, but all we needed. We really enjoyed our stay! Check-in process not as listed/instructed via email(Garrett Reality office during office hours & lobby of condo for after hours) Save yourself some time & just go to lobby of condo- they looked at us like we were crazy when we went to the Reality office.

Nice condo right next to the beach!

We have stayed at several different condos in one Seagrove over the years and the units are all very similar. This unit has some modern touches and a very nice king size bed in the master. The second bedroom has 2 beds which and it was perfect for us. One thing to mention is that the unit is managed by a company and is not really for rent by owner. They supply one roll of toilet paper pee bathroom, one roll of paper towels and hotel sized soaps. There are no coffee filters or spices that you might find if it were being rented by the owner. I mention this because you will want to bring additional soaps, shampoos, toilet paper, paper towels,coffee filters and if you plan on cooking, bring your own spices. The unit was very clean and comfortable and we would rent again!
