ABOUT THE HOME: This is Grovey By The Sea; a luxurious ocean front home with gulf views in the heart of 30A's Seagrove community. From the moment you walk through the door you are drawn into the home's elegance and stunning views of the sea. Stepping out onto the expansive balcony, you could get lost in thought just listening to the waves come ashore and letting the ocean breeze erase your stress. But you can savor that later after your day in sun and surf which are just steps away at your private beach. This property comes with seasonal beach service chairs service and set up (2 chairs, 1 umbrella Mar - Oct).

Grovey By The Sea is designed for multigenerational gatherings with a single-story living space. The open concept living space allows everyone to spread out yet stay connected while you dine and relax together. The cozy sofa and fireplace in the living room will be just the spot to watch a movie or your favorite team. And there are four king bedrooms and a sleeper sofa to comfortably sleep ten.

ABOUT AREA: Seagrove Beach is one of the charming coastal communities that sits on 30A nestled between Seaside Beach and Seacrest Beach. Seagrove is perfect for nature lovers seeking an unspoiled retreat and uncrowded environment. Enjoy canoeing, kayaking, swimming and more in this quaint town with Old Florida charm with many options for recreation as well as dining. Eastern Lake and Deer Lakes provide wonderful spots for quiet reflection.

BEACH ACCESS: Private Beach accessed with code provided. Go out the door and to the right towards the pool and then right onto boardwalk. Enter code and then just a few steps till you have toes in the sand.

- Unfortunately, pets are not allowed in this home. If undisclosed pets are brought into the home without AvantStay's approval, there is a fine of $500 per pet.

Parking Details:
- There are 2 designated parking spots and 1 on a first come, first serve basis in overflow area.

This is a smoke-free property. Violation of the no-smoking policy will result in forfeiture of the security deposit, a $300 smoking fee, and liability for any fire or property damage costs.

As part of our commitment to being good neighbors, occupancy limits and quiet hours (9pm-8am) are strictly enforced. No speakers or sound systems will be provided for use in our properties. Violation of any noise ordinances will be subject to fines that can reach up to $10,000 per violation.

Events or parties are not allowed without prior written approval and an additional fee. Any unauthorized parties or events will be shut down and a fine will be assessed. Please inquire for more information about our event policies and fees.

There is nothing more important to us at AvantStay than the health, safety, and experience of our guests & staff. We've enhanced our cleaning and sanitation protocols and are taking extra care to disinfect all surfaces between reservations with hospital-grade disinfecting solutions.

As a reminder, we do work with 3rd party vendors to maintain the property, and although we adhere to the strictest CDC guidelines and advise all contractors to wear PPE equipment, we can not always enforce. The view and beach access of our Grovey by the Sea condo was excellent. The unit was very clean when we arrived. We have a son with severe lung disease and requested the air filters be changed before we got there. The request was handled promptly and cheerfully, for which we were grateful. The unit itself had some small maintenance issues but not enough for us to contact AvantStay while there, though.Would we come back, absolutely yes. It is located in a great area of 30A, within a couple miles of Seaside and very close to the new commercial area that holds Canopy Road Cafe, and also close to the Old Florida Fish House.If you just want to chill with an awesome beach view, and private beach access 3 minutes from your door, then this is your place.

Lovely, well-appointed, spacious condo with gorgeous ocean front views. Six adults and one baby were very comfortable. We have rented many condos on 30-A and this was by far the best. We loved the large well-furnished balcony that runs the full length of the condo facing the gulf. We had one small repair issue that was attended to immediately. Great communication with the management company. We will return!

Location, ocean view, beach access, comfortable beds and nice bathrooms, proximity to restaurants and downtown seaside, communication with you, were all exceptional. The kitchen supplies were tired and in need of restocking. A couple of the chairs needed repair. Felt like end of season tired. Overall cleanliness when we arrived could have been better. Someone had spilled sticky red syrupy substance on front of door entry to 200 and was on walls and carpet. Not sure how cleaners did not see this. We had to clean entry before family arrived. All that said, we loved our trip and most everyone about the home.

Beautiful Condo

Grovey by the Sea is a lovely and spacious condo with beautiful ocean front views, a large terrace and space for all. The kitchen was adequately equipped, the property was clean and crisp and the beds very comfortable. Two beach chairs were set up each morning as promised. Don’t forget to bring beach towels! Some small suggestions for improvement- the TVs are all streaming based, so bring your passwords. We don’t usually watch TV on vacation but we had to watch the final four on our iPads. The gate codes are a little challenging to navigate so be patient. Finally, there were renovations taking place during our stay and a large dumpster blocked much of the assigned parking. It was not a big problem while we were there because the property was not at full capacity.

I’ll start off with the location was great, the views were beautiful, condo was cute. We enjoyed our stay. My two negatives are, the house has three floors and other people stay in the other floors. So you don’t have entire “house” to yourself like I thought. So that was a bummer
and communication we only got by text message. Nobody answered when we called. Other than that, it was overall good
