Cette maison est dans le coin sud-est le plus populaire de Grayton Beach avec deux côtés face au lac Western et en face au sud est Western Lake Inlet et la plage. Vue spectaculaire sur le lac Western, le parc d'État de Grayton Beach et le golfe depuis le porche enveloppant. N'oubliez pas votre canne à pêche, votre kayak ou votre petit bateau car cette maison dispose également d'un quai privé sur le lac Western. Il y a aussi un petit quai devant qui est le favori avec des chaises et des vues incroyables. De nombreux téléviseurs à écran plat / DVD. La meilleure vue panoramique de n'importe quelle maison à Grayton Beach !! Maison a Keurig 2. 0. Restaurants Red Bar / Chringo à 150 mètres. Table de ping-pong sous la maison pour le plaisir! Cette maison est rapidement devenue une des préférées de notre programme de location. Une grande valeur pour le nombre de personnes que cette maison dort. Wifi gratuit. Animaux acceptés avec 150 $. 00 animaux non remboursables. Location du samedi au samedi. Parking pour 4-6 voitures. Crédit "Beach Gear" gratuit de 280 $ pour une semaine avec toute réservation via Grayton Coast Rentals.

Greatest location ever! The definition of a true beach house. Kinda quirky, on the beach and lake, so many rooms, clean with simple decor, best furnished kitchen I have ever seen for a rental (great stainless steel pans, lots of utensils) and comfortable. My dogs loved it as well!! Hosts were wonderful!

Beautiful location?

Great location! We had a family reunion for Christmas and had plenty of room. The beach is really close by and we hung out a lot on the dock.

Very relaxing, sitting in a rocker on the porch with a great view. House is an older home but very well maintained and clean.

The beach house was amazing and exactly what we were looking for. It is located on the beach side and is a little more secluded than most other houses in the area which limits the amount of traffic that runs past. No complaints at all.

My only criticism is that the broker did not warn us beforehand about the house under construction 20 feet away. The workmen started hammering at 7:00am and worked until 7:00pm 6 days of the week.

We will be back next year!!We have stayed all over 30A but Grayton Beach is our favorite and this house is the best location for our family!! We love fishing off the dock and the kids love swimming in the lake. So much room and not a congested area.would like to see the living room furniture updated.. it's not real comfortable. You may want to check the airconditioners in the bottom as they don't feel like they are cooling.

All in all the property was well maintained. The dock on the property was perfect to just sit and relax for the evening and enjoy the ocean view. I would recommend this property to rent without hesitation. The property management company was very helpful and easy to contact. It would have been nice to have a later check out time but apparently 10:00 a.m. seems to be the norm in the area.

Could this be the prettiest vista on the Panhandle?

Reviewer Comments: The western edge of Western Lake..., with the Gulf about 100 yards of while sand beyond... with sunrise and sunset painting the skies over the private pier that extends over the lake... Yup, all things considered this might be the best vista on the Panhandle.We came down the first week in January, so essentially almost every shop and restaurant was closed or unpopulated - and that was EXACTLY what we were looking for!And Grayton Beach Rentals were extraordinarily flexible with our needs (the house we first looked at was not dog-friendly for our small, older dog), so they moved us to Grayton Point... and how great was that!!

Reviewer Comments: House was as described, clean, older but in good shape, we had an issue with a dirty oven that caused smoking and fire alarm to go off when used, but after a few phone calls, the oven was cleaned perfectly. The beds were so comfy, the porch is perfect, there is lots of room for everyone. The communication with the rental office was great before and after trip. Not a formal place to eat for such a big group, but we ate in "shifts". The bathrooms were clean, but could be remodeled to update. I would recommend this for a large family or group. Perfect location and to die for views of the lake and ocean. Watch for splinters on the wooden decks and porch, always wear flip flops. Quiet neighbors and short walk to beach walkway. Overall 9/10 stay!
