Also on the second floor, the Bunk Room includes TWO (2) sets of Twin-over-Twin Bunk Beds with Pullout Twin Trundles, so there’s plenty of room for the entire family! This is the perfect place for the kids' to hang out, with a flat-screen TV to keep them entertained! The room includes a private bath (in the hall), both decorated in a delightful nautical theme.



The Guest Room on the first floor includes a Queen bed, bright colors and luxury bedding. Other Things to Note:

Pet Friendly: This property is pet friendly during fall, winter, and spring. Pets are PROHIBITED in peak season between 4/15 and 9/1. Limit of 1 pet per reservation with a weight limit of 40lbs.

A $150 pet fee (per pet) will be charged to the card on file.

Written permission must be provided to any pets (registered service animals) between 4/15 and 9/1.

Violation of this policy will result in a $500 fine.

Guests who violate this policy will be charged an additional $500, plus the expense of steam-cleaning and deodorizing. Violations will result in immediate eviction and forfeiture of rent.



Golf Cart: The Golf Cart is provided to the Guest by a 3rd Party Vendor, BeachWalk Vacation Gear, LLC ("BVG, LLC"). The rental policy signed is between the Guest and BVG, LLC. Golf Cart is not owned or provided to the Guest by the Homeowner or BeachWalk Vacation Properties, LLC
