Wana-swim | Wana-fish | Wana-relax? This is where it's at! Welcome to Wanamaker's Beach House 30A where you can walk out of this ground floor unit to the world class Santa Rosa Beach with emerald green waters, soft white sand, and heated swimming pool.

This charming three-bedroom condo is the perfect vacation retreat for both couples and families alike. The primary and second bedrooms feature king beds, ceiling fans, TVs and ensuite baths; the third bedroom features two custom twin over full bunk beds , ceiling fan, TV and a connected hall bath. The well-appointed spacious living area features a large sectional sofa that converts to a queen sleeper, three cozy chairs, and a 42 inch HD TV with cable TV and high speed internet. The kitchen is well equipped with ample counter space, large island with 4 barstools and dining area that seats eight. Cleanliness is important to us. All pillows, duvets and mattresses have high end water resistant, breathable, soft protectors and all linens including duvet covers are laundered after each guest stay. To get your vacation started, we provide a few of the following: k-cups, 1 roll of toilet paper per bathroom, 1 roll of paper towels, 2 trash bags, dish soap, sponge and mini bar of soap however anything further must be guest provided so please add to your grocery list!

You don't have to walk up extra stairs or elevators staying in this unit. Walking out the back door, you are steps from the year round 84 degree heated pool or continue a few steps farther down the private boardwalk and either stop at the seating area at the top of the dunes or continue downstairs to the welcoming soft sand, clear water, gorgeous views and incredible sunrises and sunsets. There are ice makers for your coolers conveniently located in the pool area and freshwater showers are only steps from the patio. No need to bring your own beach toys, there is an outdoor closet available with beach toys and other accessories to use during your stay!

The Palms of Dune Allen is a highly desired gated property with only 24 units on a private beach 30 minutes east of Destin, nestled between Sandestin and Seaside on scenic Highway 30A. Parking is private, worry free and exclusive to the property. Within walking distance is the Santa Rosa Golf & Beach Club and Gulf Place that offers dining, shopping, coffee shops, bars, women's boutiques, and bike and paddle board rentals. The Silver Sands outlet mall in Sandestin is only five miles away. Just past the front gate is a 17-mile bike and running trail that connects the 30A communities of Sandestin, Grayton, Watercolor, Seaside, Seagrove, Rosemary Beach and the beaches of South Walton. Destin/Fort Walton Beach airport is 29 miles to the west and Panama City Airport is 38 miles to the east.

Please note although this is a ground level unit, there are five steps leading to the front door and it is not considered wheelchair accessible. There is a front door and back patio camera for security purposes.

Parking is 2 cars MAX, an official parking permit must be displayed, no exceptions. Violators will be towed. No Trailers or oversized vehicles.

No early check-ins or late check-outs May-August. Outside of those months must be approved by owners.

Arrived on Xmas day and had a question about property access and got an immediate and helpful response from the host. The condo itself was amazing! Comfortable beds, plenty of space, direct access to that beautiful beach, everything in the kitchen needed to make wonderful meals (did crab cakes in the air fryer), and conveniently located on 30A very close to shops, restaurants, grocery store, and more. Best place we’ve ever stayed in.

Destiny has truly thought of every convenience, everything is clearly labeled, stocked in abundance, and designed to make your stay effortless. it’s incredibly family, friendly, with an outdoor closet, full of beach and pool toys your family will love. We appreciate the first floor access, it’s perfect for families with little ones and makes getting to the pool or walking just steps to the beach so easy. We had a fantastic stay at this property! The condo was very clean and had an easy access vacuum to help us keep sand to a minimum inside. There was also a really awesome closet full of pool/beach toys and chairs that was so great with our kids. The kitchen is well-stocked and there was plenty of space for 4 adults and 4 kids. Beautiful condo!

Condo was beautifully appointed and maintained, stocked with most anything one would need! Like the location next to the pool and easy access in and out of the building. Only negative is the ongoing construction on the adjacent building. It was hard to sit by the pool or on the patio due to the constant hammering, chiseling and grinding. Hopefully this project will be completed soon. Would definitely book again.

Beautiful Beach Condo

We stayed at the rental with our 4 children. Everything was very clean when we arrived. The place was spacious and so nicely decorated. The beds were very comfortable. The kitchen was fully stocked with anything we could want for cooking or prep. The pool and beach were only steps out the back door. The owner was extremely responsive and helpful! Couldn’t have asked for anything more!! We hope to come back again!

Amazing place on beach side of 30A!

This property is the perfect location and setup for families with littles. Because of its location near the beach boardwalk and the pool, you don’t have to schlep all your stuff or can respond to tired kiddos quickly without packing everything. The kids loved the bunk room and there are two king en-suite bedrooms which is perfect to share with another family (we had our mother in law with us) and everyone gets their own space. The kitchen is shockingly well stocked and had everything we needed. There’s plenty of towels and everything you need for the beach as well. The ice machine by the pool was killer for our beach backpack. I did notice they had a pack and play and port a crib even though we are out of that stage it’s super nice. We made a small boo boo like immediately upon arriving and I let the host know about it right away and she was incredibly gracious about it. I was mortified but she handled it with humor and ease. I am so grateful for that. We will definitely be back!

Beach family fun

Property was outstanding. Direct ground level access to pool and beach were the highlight features. Condition and cleanliness of the condo was exceptional. Kitchen was fully stocked with necessary items for cooking. Check in and check out was simple. Destiny's communication and response was timely and above and beyond. Book early because this condo is a definite favorite for seaside fun.
