DETAILS: Close to the beach! Paradise City is a 5-bedroom, 6-and-a-half-bathroom Seagrove Beach home that sleeps 20. Guests will love the enclosed private pool, game room, large balconies, and being in the heart of Seagrove Beach.

On the first floor of Paradise City is an enclosed, L-shaped pool that can be heated on cool
nights. A wall-mounted 65ñ€ TV lets guests enjoy a favorite show while floating or lounging
poolside.

On the second floor are 2 guest bedrooms with king beds and private bathrooms, and an open kitchen, living, and dining area. A coffered ceiling, pale hardwood floors, and a soft color palette create a relaxing space for guests to gather and enjoy time together. The sparkling white kitchen has a 6-burner gas cooktop and range, stainless steel appliances, and a dine-in island that seats 4. The comfy living and dining area features 2 sofas, armchairs surrounding a 65ñ€ TV in the living area, and an oversized dining table with views of the balcony. French doors open to a large balcony with beautiful wooded views, a gas grill, and an outdoor dining table.

A game room, the primary bedroom, and additional guest rooms are on the third floor. At the stair landing are 2 adorable twin-over-twin bunks beds and a spacious game room with a foosball table! A wrap-around sofa is a perfect spot to cheer a foosball game or watch a movie on a 55ñ€ TV. Off the game room is a spacious balcony with wooded views and another wrap-around sofa. A guest bedroom has a queen bed, and a bunk room has 2 full-over-full bunk
beds. The spacious primary bedroom has a king bed and a lovely bathroom with a soaking tub and shower behind a glass enclosure.

Guests can tote beach gear on an included 6-passenger Low-Speed Vehicle or explore Seagrove Beach on 5 included adult bikes. Guests will love the location and comfortable interiors of Paradise City. Reserve today before this beauty books up!

Overall, it was nice. We had a large group of people and planned to make make meals in the oven the week we were there, it was the easiest way to feed a large group of people, however the oven knob was broke and we were not able to use the oven. There was a a baby swamp next to the property that had visible snakes in it, that was unnerving. There was some outlets thru out the house that did not work as well, a little in convenient being that it was in one of the king rooms on the 2nd floor. I had to get ready on the side of the bed verses in the bathroom. Small things.

Great House but Terrible Management

Pros:The location is great. The house is modern and decorated well. Beach access just across the street and less than a mile from seaside village. Cons:House was filthy. All of my kid's feet were black within min. of walking around the house barefoot. Stains on rugs, dirty cookware, mildew in the showers. We called the company 3 times with no answer or return call.The cable also didn't work at all during our stay and the Smart TV in the living room was a nightmare and hard to work.

Great Home!

This home is beautiful! It was very clean and decorated so nicely. It was fully stocked and had everything we needed! The location is great - it's within walking/biking distance to the beach, restaurants, shop.

House was nice with LOTS of problems

The house was beautiful, close to the beach and clean. With that being said the Wi-Fi did not work at all. Which would be ok except is also controls the TV. The oven does not work properly. Also the smoke detectors and carbon monoxide detectors went off for several hours. I was on the phone EVERY SINGLE day of the trip with the company. They sent someone out but it was a huge annoyance and pain. I would not stay here again because of all of the inconveniences. They did give us a VERY SMALL discount after I complained.

Awesome New Years Week Getaway!

We really enjoyed the house! It was clean with comfy beds and plenty of seating for our large group! Awesome dining table seats 20 easy! Lots of bathrooms and a nice porch on the second floor! Kids swam in the indoor pool a ton which was great since it was chilly weather during our stay! We utilized the bikes and golf cart to get around in town! We had a blast!

Amazing!

The stay was perfect, cannot recommend any more. Perfect place, stocked kitchen, great covered pool, plenty of TVs, you name it, this place had it! The golf cart was a great touch and made it easy to lug heavy items to the beach easily.

Great location; just as described

The house is just as described and viewed. The golf cart was great to help get around Seagrove/Seaside and getting 20 people to the beach. Pool was great for kids. Would have like a little more relaxing poolside area to hang with family at night.

Pool did not hear so money refunded for pool heat
hope that is sorted. Door lock situation was a nightmare! Battery died on auto lock so locked out of house. Was never fixed so had to tape it to stay open! Need a better system with it all and the pool alarms etc!

95% perfect

The house was great. We had plenty of room. Some things we liked: plenty of dishes and kitchen utensils. Alarm on doors so we could be assured young kids did not get to the pool on first floor, location, bikes, balcony, large dining table. Some things we did not like: we had paid for the pool to be heated starting on the first day and even though the pool people came out 3 days, it was cold half the time, not enough dish towels and dish cloths, a few more small towels and wash cloths in bathrooms would have been nice as well. The steps got slick when wet; not sure if rubber step mats would help.
