Fairway to Heaven is an incredible vacation home in Dune Allen Beach on 30A located across the street from the beach overlooking the Santa Rosa Golf Course. The stately home features five bedrooms, an open living space with soaring ceilings, a theater room, a private pool, four bicycles, and a golf cart. With its generous accommodations, the beach house can host up to 14 guests.

A paver stone drive and gated entry flanked by palm trees greet guests upon arrival. Your paradise vacation begins as soon as you step through the arched double doors into an open foyer with a spiral staircase that leads to the second floor. Further in, the bright and sunny living area features paneled sliding glass doors that provide direct access to the private deck and pool. The living room features two dove-gray couches and two vintage-modern bucket chairs. This comfortable seating ensemble centers around a patterned rug and tiered drink table. An extra-large TV is mounted above a white stone fireplace—perfect for the big game or evening movie entertainment. A sleek, built-in wet bar offers easy access to refreshing drinks. Honey-toned floors flow into the formal dining area, which features a hardwood table and eight slipcovered chairs beneath an elegant chandelier. Adjacent to the dining area is an open kitchen that would make a chef proud. The kitchen boasts handsome dark cabinetry, stainless steel appliances, and a quartz-topped island with extra stool seating.

Also on the first floor is the expansive master bedroom. This master suite features a king-size bed with a foot bench, stone fireplace, sunny windows, and a wall-mounted TV. The room’s sliding glass doors let in ample Florida sunlight and also provide access to the private pool area. And it doesn’t end there—the master bedroom has its own luxury ensuite bath with a curved glass-walled shower, expansive double vanity, and a soaking tub.

The remaining sleeping quarters are found on the second floor. Two of the guest bedrooms are spacious with king-size beds, huge windows, private baths, and access to a wraparound balcony. The other guest bedroom is a fun, loft-style retreat for the kids. It includes two twin bunks, two twin beds, colorful beanbags, and access to the theater room. The theater room has a massive projector screen, a cozy sofa, beanbags, a bar with stool seating, and a kitchenette. A bonus bedroom has a queen-size sleeper sofa, TV, and balcony access.

One major benefit of staying at this heavenly oasis is the private pool area surrounded by palms and a spacious sundeck. Lounge chairs and outdoor furniture create the perfect spot to soak up the sun. Use the BBQ grill for cooking a poolside meal and eating in the cozy picnic area studded with tropical plants. After a freshwater dip in your private pool, head across the street to the sugar-sand beach for a saltwater swim. Guests should also take advantage of other nearby amusements, including the Vue on 30A restaurant, shops and restaurants at Gulf Place Town Center, and other scenic 30A towns.
