Welcome to 'Sandy Feet Retreat!'

This house truly has everything anyone could want in a vacation home - from the decked out complimentary 6-seater LSV, 4 complimentary bikes, fenced in yard with private pool, built in outdoor kitchen & bar with seating and TV, multiple screened-in porches for relaxing after a day at the beach, gourmet open concept chef's kitchen with massive white quartzite waterfall island plus the multiple expansive living spaces - it is an absolute vacation DREAM home! Built on one of the largest lots, this home is steps from amenities yet retains a very private feel.

Situated literally next to Camp WaterColor, this house is in an ultra-prime location (you may not even use your car once)! It is an easy LSV ride to Publix, steps to Camp WaterColor + the sports fields + playground and WaterColor's trail system great for biking, walking and hiking!

It is equipped with top-of-the-line stainless steel appliances, gorgeous custom designer coastal decor, outdoor spaces perfect for entertaining, dining and relaxing, plus complimentary board games for the family's enjoyment - this exclusive luxury home has everything to make memories that will last a lifetime! There are also complimentary beach chairs and umbrellas for guests' use (or you can arrange for beach chair setup through WaterColor).

This spacious (3,600sf+) home (plus over 1,300sf of porches) has a very open concept floor plan with plenty of spaces for all ages to spread out comfortably. The main living and dining areas are on the second floor making for privacy and peaceful views of the trees. The home boasts quartzite counter tops, a massive breakfast bar with seating for 5 and eat-in kitchen outfitted with Bosch + Wolf + Sub Zero appliances, a built in wet bar with wine fridge, 2 adjoining living spaces, a spacious dining area (seating for 8 more) with doors that open to the outside porch with additional dining table, a separate second sitting room with fireplace, a private heated pool flanked by a stunning fountain and outdoor built in kitchen with bar seating, and more! The home has 5 bedrooms + 4 full bathrooms and 2 half bathrooms, which includes 3 spacious king master suites in addition to two bunk rooms, one with built in queen over queen and twin over twin bunks, and a second with two more twin over twin bunks.

When taking a break from enjoying the wonderful WaterColor amenities, this house has a picturesque outdoor living space complete with a private spacious heated swimming pool, spa, grilling area, and an outdoor shower.

-Main floor full laundry room with refrigerator, great for snacks and drinks for pool days
-Dual outdoor showers with hot water accessible, adjacent to main floor half bathroom
-There is parking for 4 cars in the driveway, or pads located throughout the community.

This house comes with a maximum of 10 wristbands, which per the WaterColor HOA limits the number we accommodate even if there are sleeping arrangements in the home for more. Children under 5 are not required to wear a wristband so are not included in this number.

There is also a pack n' play provided for no additional charge.

Guest access

The WaterColor community is so desirable due to its exceptional community amenities. Guests will have inclusive access to the gulf-front WaterColor Beach Club and new Camp WaterColor facilities, in addition to 7 other beautiful swimming pools located throughout the community.

Camp WaterColor is literally steps from the home, making it a dream to not have to worry about parking! The Beach Club is about a 5-minute LSV ride. The ultra desirable location of this home cannot be beat especially for families!!!

Camp WaterColor is geared towards kids and has its main butterfly pool with monarch slide for older kids, caterpillar pool (zero-entry + children's area with skipper slide for littler kids), lazy lizard pool (zero-entry + lazy river), lifeguards on duty, The Canteen restaurant + bar, basketball court, playing field, and playground.

The WaterColor Beach Club features a huge main pool and lounge area, an 'adults only' pool, additional pool deck with even more lounge seating, and third pool area with zero-entry (perfect for even the littlest kids!). It also has dining service available, and a sunset bar, Costa Chica. All of these amenities have beautiful views of the Gulf!

These accesses are included in the nightly rate and are no additional charge to the guests.

Other things to note
-Pet friendly upon approval. Please inquire for non-refundable pet fee based on breed and size.
-Beach chairs through WaterColor Beach Club should be reserved well in advance.
-In order to receive the proper number of amenity wristbands, you must enter the total number of people in your travel group when booking. Please bear in mind that the HOA will not be able to provide additional wristbands once you are here. Finally, the WaterColor HOA will charge $50 per wristband to replace any that are lost.
-Check in is 4:00 PM & check out is 10:00 AM. These times are strict and late check out will be subject to another day's rental fees.
-Please note we provide a starter set of supplies such as toilet paper, paper towels, trash bags, dishwasher + laundry pods for your stay
-Smoking is strictly prohibited.
-All renters must be over 25 years of age, or if under age 25 must be accompanied by a parent/legal guardian.
-Pool heating must be for the full duration of your stay and must be requested 48 hours prior to check-in and paid before the heater will be turned on. Pool heating cost is $50/night of your reservation and is available October 1st - April 30th.
-The LSV is not to be driven past the town of Seagrove to the East or the town of Grayton Beach to the West. Resolving any issue from the LSV battery dying because of the renters not charging it will be charged to the renters.
-Damage that occurs will be collected from the renters.
-Southern Holiday Homes can not be held liable for any damage or injury to any persons caused by LSV, bikes, pool, or other amenities provided to guests.

There is a heated pool with 2 sections, not an actual hot tub. The oven was not working, needs to be fixed. This house was great! Communication with management company was super easy. 2 master bedrooms downstairs, 1 master upstairs and 2 bunk rooms. The kitchen/dining/living is also upstairs. The golf cart was so nice to have :)
