Welcome to "Stone's Throw," a brand new beach home off of the world famous beaches of 30A! This gorgeous new home is only a 3 minute bike ride or Golf Cart ride to 30A's newest beach access, and just around the corner from the community pool!



Upon entering this new, beautifully decorated beach home, your eyes are drawn from one side of the home to the other, while you to take in the open concept living, kitchen, and dining area. Right past the kitchen you will find the first of the homes two primary suites, featuring a spacious room with a king bed and a beautiful bathroom with a large walk-in shower. The rooms Juliette balcony opens up to the private wooded area behind the home where you can take in the sounds of rolling waves all while enjoying your morning cup of coffee. The dining area features large built-in bench seating, and a custom made farm house table with seating for up to 10 people! There is additional seating for 7 at the homes large kitchen islands. The fully stocked kitchen has everything you will need during your stay, and boasts stainless steel appliances, and gorgeous quartz countertops. On this first level of the home you will find the first of the homes outdoor entertaining areas, complete with a paver patio that backs up to a private wooded area, and a propane grill for nights you want to cook out at the home. A half bath, and laundry room complete this level of the home for your added convenience.



The second level of the home features 2 guest rooms, the homes 2nd Master Suite, a large 2nd living area, and a spacious screened-in patio!! You will also find a large full bathroom off of the hallway so the guests staying in the guest bedrooms have their own space to get ready! The 2nd floor of the home gives your family plenty of space to spread out between the large loft, complete with bar area, couch, large flat-screen tv, or even outside on the homes oversized screened-in balcony! The balcony boasts seating for 12, a flatscreen tv, and your choice of hanging out in the comfortable tv area of the porch, or at the small game table depending on what you are in the mood for. Back inside the homes 2nd master suite, is very large, with a desk area for those who can't leave their work behind, and a gorgeous master bathroom with a large free standing soaking tub, and a walk-in shower. The remaining two guest rooms on this floor boast a king bed and a queen bed for you and your families comfort.



Moving up to the third floor of the home you will find a huge bunk room complete with the homes 3rd living area!! These beautiful custom built in bunks are full over queen, making the room comfortably sleep 8! There is also a sitting area with a flat screen tv, an air hockey/ping-pong table, a foosball table, and a full bathroom with a tub/shower combo so the kids can unwind in their own space after a long day in the sun!



There is 6 seater *golf cart at the home that can be rented for an additional fee.
