Sleeping arrangements

This home sleeps up to 10 guests across four bedrooms. Two king suites each include a private bath, offering space to retreat and unwind. A cozy queen bedroom is thoughtfully arranged for restful nights, while a fun bunk room with twin XL beds is perfect for kids or teens. Extra pillows, blankets, and fresh linens are provided, ensuring every guest feels at ease.



Outdoor living

The private heated pool invites you to relax or play, with a nearby backyard/pool area camera for added safety. An outdoor shower is ideal for rinsing off after the beach, and comfortable furniture makes lounging easy. Fire up the BBQ grill and gather around the outdoor dining table for meals under the stars, or set off on two wheels with the four complimentary bikes for a ride along 30A.



Exclusive Golf Cart Access: We’ve partnered with 30A Cart Rentals to provide a 6-seater golf cart on-site for guest use at a discounted rate.

The fully stocked kitchen is equipped with everything you need for home-cooked meals, including a refrigerator, stove, oven, microwave, dishwasher, blender, toaster, coffee maker, and wine glasses. Cook with ease using pots, pans, and barbecue utensils, then gather at the dining table or take your meal outdoors for a breezy evening dinner.



Comforts and essentials

Air conditioning, ceiling fans, portable fans, and heating keep the home comfortable year-round. A washer and dryer, iron, and clothing storage make longer stays simple. For peace of mind, the property includes smoke and carbon monoxide alarms, a fire extinguisher, and exterior security cameras.

Cancellation Policy

Full refund minus $250 if canceled 60+ days before arrival

50% refund minus $250 if canceled 30–60 days before arrival

No refunds for cancellations within 30 days
