Studio de 460 pieds carrĂ©s avec un lit king size, une tĂ©lĂ©vision Ă  Ă©cran plat de 55 pouces et une petite kitchenette. La kitchenette est Ă©quipĂ©e d'un four micro-ondes, d'une cafetiĂšre et d'articles de cuisine. DĂ©cor nouvellement remodelĂ© et merveilleux! Vous tomberez amoureux de ce studio une fois que vous aurez franchi la porte. Les vues sont Ă  couper le souffle surplombant Coffeen Nature Preserve et Topsail State Park. Votre promenade jusqu'Ă  la plage est Ă  seulement 200 mĂštres, mais la station propose Ă©galement un service de tramway rapide. Besoin d'espace supplĂ©mentaire? What a wonderful treat to stay in such a fantastic resort. It checked all the boxes for us, super comfortable bed, clean water views, and easy parking. We will book again.The only recommendation I would have is possibly a larger trashcan, but we survived without it

Enjoyed our stay

We had a good time at this condo. Property was clean and the multiple pools were a good plus. The condo is a bit small but it was fine for myself, wife, & 2YO. The condo was nice and clean and we enjoyed the balcony and the views. It is a bit of a walk to the beach (with a 2YO) but it’s not bad since you’re in the resort and don’t have to cross any main roads to get there. I would recommend you bring your own pillows, my wife and I are stomach sleepers and really struggled with those provided. The “kitchen” is very small, really just a mini fridge and microwave in a nook, but it worked ok for making small breakfast & lunches in the room. Bring some K cups, the coffee maker is a single serve keurig. Overall, I think it’s a good option for a couple or small family looking for a weekend getaway. We would consider staying here again.

Great stay!

We loved staying at this resort! The beach was a easy 5 minute walk. The owner provided one beach chair and an umbrella to take to the beach. There is also a free tram that will pick you up. There was a balcony where you could see the ocean which was nice. The bed was very comfortable and the room was spacious for a one-bedroom. I am a clean freak and the place was very clean. The shower was a nice walk in shower with great water pressure. Getting to the room and in the room was very easy, as well as parking. One thing is if you are like us bring toilet paper because you will run out after multiple days. We paid the $135 for the fitness center which was a huge plus! Great facilities where my husband enjoyed the weight room and sauna. We would love to stay here again!

Everything was as shown in the listing, check-in was easy, Katherine was responsive, and the place was everything I was looking for in a spot for a quick beach getaway. A quick walk to the beach, a few beach gear essentials provided, and a nice clean place to stay with a balcony that looks out towards the gulf. Highly recommended. Would book again.

I booked the room only a couple of days before the trip. When I arrive I still didn't have the room code. I called the host who returned my call within 45 minutes and sent the room code. Resort was nice and It was quiet. The view was great and just a quick walk to the beach.

Quiet, and peaceful resort

My cousin and I had a great, relaxing, two night stay before we moved down the road(closer to the city attractions) to meet up with several others at a different house. We wanted a “calm before the storm” and this was certainly it! There’s not much within walking distance, we made it to two of the three restaurants and ordered “Uber Eats” for dinner on another night. Though, if you have a vehicle there’s a store and other restaurants very close by! The private beach front was conveniently located, not busy or crowded! Overall, it was the perfect place for what we needed. (Little sad there was no longer a Tiki Bar)

Amazing view

The studio condo was exactly as described and pictured. It was beautifully decorated and if you was amazing. The walk to the beach was super short, only took us a couple of minutes. We enjoyed heading left on the beac, in front of Topsail Nature Preserve, it was a very secluded and gorgeous place to walk. We enjoyed the books and lunch at the poolside restaurant. We’ll definitely stay here again!

Wonderful view, clean, easy 5 min walk to beach, great location

My friend and I made this a girls trip and had an excellent time! The balcony is private with great views of the ocean and nearest pool. The condo is clean, the shower is amazing, and the bed was very comfortable. The owner, Katherine, was very prompt in responding and accommodating to our needs. We used our own beach chairs, but they do offer beach chairs and an umbrella. After the first day, we used the umbrella and it was so appreciated! You can also rent chairs and an umbrella from the resort if you would rather not carry your own down to the beach. 10 minute drive to Destin, but all essential shopping and dining is right by the resort within 2-5 minutes. The resort itself was very nice and overall very well maintained and manicured. There is an oceanfront pool/bar/restaurant/bathroom that was easily accessible to run grab a drink or lunch while laying on the beach. I would definitely stay here again, we had a great time. Great weekend getaway

We loved our stay! Easy in and out, fast communication with owner for a little early check in. The view is AWESOME, you feel like you’re in you’re own paradise with no one around overlooking a rainforest and blue water, we even saw a deer. The beach is a 3 min walk and the chairs and umbrella were perfect for us. There are 3 places in walking distance on the beach to eat and drink and plenty in short driving distance to explore. The unit was so nice and clean and a super comfy bed, the only complaint I would have is that I wish their was a broom available inside for all the sand I wanted to sweep up behind us coming in and out.

Pleasant stay

Beautiful condo, especially for the price point. Short walk to the beach. Just remember this is a studio so kitchenette vs full kitchen. Perfect for us since we prefer to scout out local seafood restaurants. Bring your own beach towels and potentially extra bath towels if you do not prefer to reuse. Owners were very nice in any communication as well.

Reasonable & Relaxing

The pictures are very accurate. Very clean, pretty view, great pool, and beautiful beach. Bed was comfortable and the unit was well kept. It would have been nice to had a little information for the surrounding area (grocery stores, laundry facilities, entertainment, etc) listed in the room. We didn't use the shuttle, but did notice while leaving a notice about it next to the 1st floor elevator. Did not have much correspondence with the property manager, but she was very pleasant & helpful in the few messages we had. Would stay here again.
