Clean & Newly Renovated Carriage House. 1 blk to Camp Watercolor. Perfect for 2!

Newly renovated Carriage House one king bed (brand new Casper mattress), full kitchen and private bath. One block from Camp Watercolor Pool. Includes 2 bikes and 1 parking spot as well as all the Watercolor amenities. We are located very close to Seaside (short walk to tennis court cut-through to Seaside) , Watercolor & Grayton shops and restaurants. Come be our guest at C’est Sea Bon!

This carriage house has TV, cable and Wi-Fi. Two bikes provided for easy commuting around the area or biking the 19 mile bike trail along 30A.

Wristbands for all the community amenities are included in the amenity fee. These amenities include:

- Newly constructed beach club with multiple dining options, three swimming pools and beach access with a beach bar. The Beach Club pool options include an adult-only pool.

- Camp Watercolor including a kids' zero-entry pool, large slide, lazy river, full bar, and Canteen (snack bar/lunch options), playground, basketball court and sports field.

-Three additional pools located within the community.

- Multiple docks accessing Western Lake, a rare coastal dune lake, with kayaks and paddle boards for rent.

- Expansive trail system meandering through the community and along the lake.

- Outstanding tennis facility which include Har-Tru HydroCourts, Pickleball courts and Pro shop offering drills, lessons and court time for an additional fee.

Absolutely amazing property. Everything in perfect order. Coffee pods, etc. The gift basket was really a nice touch. Location couldn't be better. 1 street over from the Lazy River and close to the supermarket. Watercolor shuttles take you anywhere on the property. You will not regret booking this property. Extremely quiet and private.

Perfect location and very clean and comfortable accommodations. We appreciated the hosts' extras... bikes, snacks, towels, books and more! Also the WaterColor trolley was great for easy to/from beach. Look forward to staying again!
