Spring Break Curfew Notice:
Please be advised that March 1 – April 19, a 7:00 PM curfew for unaccompanied minors under the age of 18 will be in effect in coordination with the Walton County Sheriff`s Office.
This policy applies to Seaside, Seacrest Beach, Rosemary Beach, Alys Beach, and the majority of communities along 30A, all of which are enforcing these Spring Break safety regulations in unison with local law enforcement.
Guests are responsible for ensuring all members of their party comply with community guidelines and local regulations.
We ask that you make yourself comfortable and be respectful of the home. Excessive trash within the home or damage to the home / the contents within will result in penalty fees being assessed.

1. Please leave the sand at the beach. Sand damages floors, showers and furnishings.
2. Do not operate the air conditioning with any doors open as this can cause it to freeze and malfunction.
3. NO SMOKING. All 30A Sea Story properties are non-smoking. By renting our property it is understood that you will NOT smoke in our vacation rentals and will be charged a penalty fee if evidence of smoke is found once you check-out.
4. Please understand you and your guest(s) are using our home at your own risk. 30A Sea Story, LLC nor the owner of the property will be held responsible for any injuries that occur at the vacation rental or for any lost or stolen items.
5. No boats or trailers are to be parked at 30A Sea Story properties. Any fines from the HOA as a result of this broken rule will be charged.
6. Do not move the furniture.
7. Please always wash and dry your belongings separate from our linens.
