You won't believe these sunset views from the penthouse level of “TAKE IT EASY” - a quiet and beautiful southwest CORNER, GULF FRONT condo in the fabulous "Palms at Seagrove" community in Seagrove! IMPORTANT: MOST UNITS AT THE PALMS *DO NOT* FACE THE SUNSET, THIS CORNER UNIT DOES! Make sure you’re comparing apples to apples!! You came all this way to go to the beach, so stay DIRECTLY ON THE BEACH! Out of the way and quiet, but just one mile to the town of Seaside! Very important - PRIVATE BEACH! AVOID THE CROWDS! Just ONE MILE and walkable to the town of SEASIDE, Unit C15 is a completely remodeled 1 bedroom plus bunks, 2 bathroom BEACHFRONT oasis featuring ALL LUXURY Finishes throughout, all light and bright, with high end pro appliances, a peaceful master bedroom, 2 bunks for the kids in the hallway, a new WASHER/DRYER in unit, and a gorgeous new kitchen with island seating for 6! Everything in this unit is new, including all appliances, flooring, cabinetry, tile, bathrooms, TVs, and on and on. Even the balcony railing and sliding glass doors are new! 2 full-sized bathrooms with full showers and one tub. 2 cozy hallway bunks with reading lights for the kids (bunks are 5" inches shorter than standard length).

Outside you'll find a covered beachfront balcony patio with 3rd floor panoramic views up and down the incredible Seagrove Beach and it's white powdered sand and emerald green and blue water. An outdoor dining table seats 4 people for sunset dinners, and an additional pub-height set of two adirondack chairs are perfect for just relaxing any time of day. (Total seating capacity on balcony is 6 people). Have your coffee and breakfast each morning under the covered patio while watching the paddle boarders and dolphins swim by!

Steps from beach with amazing views from balcony. Condo is as pictured and kitchen is well equipped. 30A traffic was busy this time of year but condo was located nicely to where we visited both downtown seaside and rosemary beach for shopping (drove to both). Host was response. Great place and location for our family of 4.

Amazing View

Beachfront balcony on the corner unit gives a completely unobstructed view of the Gulf. Can be in the water in about a minute. Convenient location to several excellent restaurants, Publics and shopping areas. I would definitely consider this unit in the future.

Beachfront Balcony on corner unit has beautiful views, especially at sunset! Condo is as pictured, curated trendy. Very clean. Kitchen is amazing and very well stocked. Host response was fastest ever in a rental, and we extended our stay we liked it so much.

Phenomenal Stay!

The condo was beautifully decorated and had what we needed for a comfortable stay. Adored that it was a corner unit and has comfortable seating on the patio. Sofa although beautiful was a little hard when watching a movie so decided to use the comfy chairs instead. Would have LOVED a king bed vs queen. I love my husband but need my space to stretch out. Make sure you are in shape to carry your suitcase etc up 3 flights of stairs or pack lightly which I can never do! We adored the condo and will definitely stay again. Thank you for such a beautiful condo!

It’s all about the view for me

I am so glad to have found this Top Floor Corner Unit! The wraparound view was just perfect. Unobstructed views from both the balcony doors and den window truly made me feel like I was perched right there on the Gulf while sitting in my comfy swivel chair. Amazing way to spend the month of January away from the Kansas City Cold. Wonderfully Clean and probably the best stocked VRBO I’ve encountered. This condo has all the things. lol. But for real
great views, great location, fully equipped kitchen with fancy gadgets like sushi making kits, espresso machine, tea kettle, bar cart and really great linens. I would rent again.

Fantastic week

We had a wonderful stay for the week (Friday-Tuesday). The condo was as beautiful as advertised and the view was amazing. We could walk to Seaside for shopping (1.3 miles) and it was close to many great restaurants. The owner left a list of dining suggestions and we went to most of them. We will look to stay here again.

We loved vacationing at this stunning condo. The decor is breathtaking along with the sunset views. The kitchen is incredibly stocked, you will find anything you need plus more. We felt like guests at a person home not a rental unit.

Our stay was wonderful, Rob was fantastic with his responses, and always available. It is a cozy small unit which we liked. I only wished there was an elevator since it’s the 3rd floor. The unit was fully stocked and comfortable beds, magical sunset views.
