A short walk leads you through the Ruskin Street Pavilion or one block to Coleman Pavilion, where guests enjoy a complimentary beach chair and umbrella setup—a rare and thoughtful Seaside luxury.

Inside, the Queen room blends timeless seaside style with modern comfort. Crisp Peacock Alley linens, Serena & Lily furnishings, and calming coastal textures create a space that feels both elevated and welcoming. The built-in desk provides a flexible space for work or journaling, while a Nespresso coffee station, mini refrigerator, and elegant glassware enhance in-room convenience.

* The Court is a 2-night minimum year-round and 1-night minimum in Winter. The Court's yearly calendar is only open to book up to twelve months in advance to the general public. Must be 25 years of age to rent and sign registration. All occupants must be 25 years of age or older.
