DETAILS: The "Sister 1" in Seaside's Ruskin Place is a 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom condo that sleeps 6 and provides stunning views of Seaside's art district, downtown Seaside, and the Gulf. Take in spectacular views from the balcony, and relax in a modern interior. Enjoy a vacation that is mere steps from Seaside's famous amphitheater, community pools, boutiques, restaurants, and private beach access.

"Sister 1" is located above a Ruskin Place business, providing bird's eye views of this famous New Urbanist community from every room. The property is smaller than what it appears online. The first night, we had no sheets, blanket, or pillows for the sofa bed, which we needed. Despite me calling the company multiple times, we received nothing until the next day. There were 2 towels in each bathroom. The dryer did not work. I called and it was supposedly fixed. But it still didn't work. I was told that I needed to dry only small loads at a time (as in 3 beach towels per load). I checked out at 10:15--I then received notice that the company was charging me a late fee because I was late. I called to complain and the agent said she would see what she could do. I requested a call back, etc. I have been coming to Seaside for 40-plus years. This is the worst stay I have had there.

Wonderful location. Views state gulf view but the view is about 15-20% of a pie. Unit is worn, exterior stairway/entrance dirty, exterior doors don’t open and close easily. For the cost, unit needs freshened up

Stay was great but parking was a nightmare

I will have to say that the stay and accommodations were great however when it comes to the parking we had nothing but trouble The area is VERY congested and parking is tight no matter where you decide to rent. The parking area that was assigned to us was marked clearly but there was a vehicle parked there the entire time or our stay. No way to contact the owner so we parked in the spot next to where we should have. That night someone parked behind us, I completely understood if we were parked in their spot so I just hoped to catch them somewhere but never did. The second afternoon it was gone. And we had a fishing trip booked for 4:30 am and hoped no one else decided to park behind us yet someone did later that evening and it was a different vehicle. That car was gone by the time we left for our trip but there was a vigils parked in the spot we had previously parked in where we returned and I happened to catch them and apologized for the parking but he was actually the owner of the adjacent building and told me to park behind him. That afternoon our vehicle was involved in a hit and run as well as another vehicle in the same parking area. No tow truck would come to the parking area was what I was told and no police would take a report due to private property. The last morning we were there the owner of another building that parks there told me he would move his vehicle and I was able to park there safety the last night we were there. 360 Blue said they couldn’t help

We enjoyed the 4 nights we spent here. Very inviting and had everything you need. Beds were super comfortable. Couldn’t find a better location as it was steps away from Seaside Town Center.

Nice but...

For what they charge for a night when it says bikes included, bikes should be there. When notified the management team credited $40! Cmon.
