DETAILS: Located in the Camp District of WaterColor, 1267 Western Lake Drive is a fabulous 3-bedroom, 3.5-bathroom home with sleeping accommodations for 8. It's professionally decorated to reflect the classic Old Florida style that will make you feel right at home. It also comes with a 6-passenger Low-Speed Vehicle and bikes to make cruising around 30A and to the beach a breeze! The home is conveniently located near Publix and a few of the many parks, playgrounds, and nature trails that WaterColor is known for! In addition, guests of this home will also have full access to the WaterColor Beach Club. Here guests can enjoy multiple restaurants, chair service, and a multi-level pool that allows everyone in your group to have fun!
The home has a recently renovated kitchen, which features stainless steel appliances, custom wooden cabinetry, and sparkling white countertops. There is seating for 3 at the breakfast bar and 6 at the dining table, so everyone has room to enjoy a meal together. The living area also has multiple chairs and sofas surrounding the flat-screen TV and access to the screened porch. obsessed with his house!
We love Watercolor and this was our first time renting a house there. We all enjoyed the golf cart and bikes! Our sons loved the freedom of jumping on bikes and playing basketball at the camp.
The bedding and bathrooms were so crisp and clean it felt very hotel like. Also very comfortable beds! We are officially spoiled and are hoping we can rent this same home again. We just want to stay longer next year.

Perfect beach house!
We loved staying at this home! It was the perfect location. The screened in front and back porch was great for toddlers! We also enjoyed the 6 seater golf cart. It made it so easy to travel around the area! We will be staying here again!
