We do not rent homes to those 25 years of age or younger who are unaccompanied by a responsible parent or guardian. Moreover, there must be a ratio of at least (1) parent or guardian over the age of 25 for every four (4) young adults who are 25 years of age or younger.

*We are happy to welcome up to 2 dogs, not to exceed the weight limit of 40 lbs, for an additional non-refundable pet fee of $400 plus tax. If the pet's weight is higher, owner approval will be needed.
