Northwest Florida Beaches International Airport (ECP) is located in Panama City Beach and is approximately 55 minutes from the house.
Destin-Fort Walton Beach Airport (VPS) is located in Destin and is approximately 1 hour from the house.
When flying into the Santa Rosa Beach area, we highly recommend booking a car service (we can provide you with suggestions) as Uber/Lyft can be difficult to schedule in our area.

*You must be at least 25 years of age to rent this property.
Please note our age requirement policy; One (1) parent or guardian over the age of 25 be present and staying in the property for every three (3) guests between the ages of 15 and 25.

B' Lake was an amazing experience! The place exceeded my expectations with its thoughtful decor, gorgeous kitchen, and cozy fire pit on the back porch. With access to the beach just .3 miles away, I can't wait to return and make this a yearly tradition for my family.

The property is very clean and well taken care of. It is ideally situated to the beach- short 10 minute walk or 2 minute drive. My family and I enjoyed the quiet neighborhood as well. It was ideal for us because we wanted to relax and go to the beach everyday.

Unforgettable B' Lake Experience - A Perfect Getaway for Family Traditions

I had an absolutely incredible experience at B' Lake! The pictures online do not do it justice - as soon as I walked in, I was blown away by how relaxing and joyful the atmosphere was. Every detail was so thoughtful, and the decor was top-notch. The kitchen is absolutely gorgeous, and I enjoyed every moment of cooking there - even though I don't usually enjoy cooking! The back porch is perfect for relaxing with plenty of seating and a cozy fire pit, and I loved that each bedroom had access to the porches around the home. Plus, the beach is just a short walk away! I am already planning my return to B' Lake, as it has become a new yearly tradition for my family. I highly recommend this place for an unforgettable vacation experience.

Beautiful beach house in relaxing setting

This house is so comfortable and perfectly located! The beach is an easy walk or short ride golf cart away and the house backs up to a tranquil lake. Starting the day with coffee on the screened in porch and ending the day on the same porch with a glass of wine were some of our favorite parts of the trip. The family room is open and spacious with lots of seating for movie or family game nights. The custom crafted table and well equipped kitchen allowed us to prepare most meals in easily and efficiently. When you don't want to eat in, there are plenty of restaurants, even within walking distance, and there is a seafood market less than 3 minutes away. This is the perfect house and the perfect location! We will be back!

Thank you so much for providing such a beautiful home away from home. The ambiance is clean, bright, spacious and open for family friendly time together. Absolutely love the upgrades of luxuroious showers & smart options throughout the house. Our favorite area is back deck overlooking the lake that provides the perfect peace needed on a quick weekend vacay. The location & nearness to the beach access make it a desirable location; not to mention the community surrounding is warm, accomodating & kitchy w phenomenal food! The beach is gorgeous (white sands clear water) and was not heavily populated... VERY ENJOYABLE STAY!

Excellent week here! The location is very convenient to the beach!

We had a great week! Very clean and nicely furnished with quality furniture and amenities. Very convenient to the beach access. We rented a golf cart which I recommend for ease in parking at the beach not necessary. Enjoyed having plenty of space in the driveway for multiples cars, golf cart and bicycles. Also loved the screened in back porch. Very relaxing place to read and drink coffee.

Outstanding Stay

We love the location of B'Lake house - easy in and out and depending on where you are headed you can easily access 30a or 98. We like the access to various public beach locations as well. But most impressive is the quality of the stay itself. From the layout, to the decor to the comfort it is just perfect. And although it is a well appointed house you may find yourself spending the majority of your time on the back patio, for morning coffee, mid day naps or evening visits it makes the whole experience event better. Finally, your hosts are wonderfully attentive and engaged!

We enjoyed our stay. However checking in would be something that on a case by case situation you should consider. To not allow a client to park before 4 pm is a bit over kill. The house was beautiful but could have been cleaned a little better in the closet floors and behind commodes. There are several property management companies that will work with you and allow for travel accommodations while communicating with their cleaning people. We will not rent again through coastal dreamin. Thanks Adam Ragland

I recommend staying here!

We absolutely loved our stay at The B'Lake House. It is beautifully decorated and the location is wonderful. Convenient to everything but also quiet, so you can enjoy an evening on the screened-in back porch overlooking the lake and listening to nature. We will definitely be back!

Could have been a great stay

Upon area this home was very beautiful. Check in was very easy and hassle free! WiFi connection was great. Although the property was beautiful there were several issues. The comforter on the master bedroom was very dirty and so was he comforter in one of the other rooms. I called concierge to tell them and they said that they would let housekeeping know but no one ever came over to clean them. The garage disposal did not work, the kitchen trash can was broken. My family wanted to bbq but the grill was filthy. My husband had to scrub it for 20 minutes to get it clean. The patio couch was also dirty. We requested early check in but it wasn't available so the lady I spoke with offered late check out which was 12:00. While my family and I was packing up the car to depart from the property two men drove up very fast behind our car as though they were going to hit he back of our car and blocked us in. They hopped out the car and the driver said that check out was at 10 and that maintenance was trying to come and we should have been gone. They were very rude and honestly they hopped out of the car as though they were looking for a fight. I had my 8 year old son, my elderly mother and my 9 month old with my. My baby was in my arms while this guy bullied me. I told him that we paid extra for late check out and he stated that they don't have late check out! Once he started to go back and forward with me my husband got out of the car because at that point he was very upset at the way the guy was speaking with me. The guy finally backed down and said that he would check the phone recording basically calling me a lie! I called to tell the costal dreaming and the lady said she would do some research and call us back about the situation that we encountered but no one ever called! All I got was a lousy text saying sorry for the inconvenience and they refunded for $25 for my late check out fee! They didn't even have the decency to call and apologize. We will never rent another property from this company.
