• Minimum age to book is 25. Primary guest must remain on property for the full stay. (ID will be checked by the front desk)
• This is a pet-free property. No guest pets permitted, including emotional support animals.
• Check-in begins at 4:00 pm CST | Check-out is by 10:00 am CST
• We provide a starter supply of soaps and paper products for your convenience. Should you need more during your stay, additional supplies can be purchased locally.
• Smoking, vaping, drugs, and firearms are not permitted inside the property or on the balcony or outdoor areas.
• Maximum occupancy includes all guests of all ages. Exceeding occupancy will result in immediate eviction without refund.
• Before departure, please remove trash and food and start the dishwasher.
• Beach service is available for an additional fee by 30A Shade. Please contact them for rates and reservations.
