Located directly on an expansive private beach (with free seasonal beach setup!), you'll enjoy beautiful panoramic views from both the master bedroom and living area.

Head out on the large private balcony where you will find a Polywood table & 4 chairs & a Polywood lounger to relax and hear the sounds of the waves as you enjoy a morning cup of coffee. The 4 chairs & lounger have comfortable New cushions. We know this balcony is going to become your favorite spot while you’re here.

Inside, there's a fully equipped kitchen stocked with all the tools you need to make amazing vacation feasts and treats. There is plenty of storage for your groceries in the full-size pantry. There is a large counter-height dining table (for 6) or breakfast bar seating with plenty of room for dinner and snack breaks.

Cuddle up on the beautiful new sectional sofa, beautifully framing the Gulf views, and take note of the new 55" Smart TV with HD cable – it’s perfect for game day. Loved the condo, beach/ocean and the view! The decor and furniture were attractive and comfortable. We could tell you took time when choosing how to decorate so couples or families felt at home and had what they needed. The only thing was we wish it had a walk shower in on the master bathroom instead of the tub/shower combo. (Also we could not find oven mitts). Thoroughly enjoyed our stay and plan to rent again!

Everything was as advertised with the exception of the roach problem. The property management company did respond to the situation and had someone come out and treat the kitchen and bathroom where the problem was most prevalent. Unfortunately it was too little too late. In my opinion the whole building needs to be treated. The management company gave us a 100 refund and I was happy to take it but I felt like it should’ve been more.

Our Beach Vacation

This is a beautifully decorated condo unit with a killer view in a great location. The bathrooms are pretty small but that was not a surprise given it's a condo. Two people can not use either of the bathrooms at the same time so we each took one and that worked fine. The balcony was also a bit small but we only used it for morning coffee, breakfast and sunsets so it was able to work for the two of us ok. We did a load of laundry on our last night and found the washer stunk from the black mold all around the rubber gasket. That was the only thing we found wanting in the condition of the unit. The management company did not give us a beach code for our late afternoon arrival and gave us the wrong one when we called them. That was corrected the next morning

Everything that we expected!

Our first time staying at Beachcrest and it was a perfect location for us! We love 30A, and this was our first time staying in Seagrove. The location of the condo was great and we were able to walk to several of our favorite restaurants in the area; specifically Cafe Thirty-A and Angelina’s. My teens easily biked to Seaside. It was close to Publix and a gas station. The beach was private to guests of Beachcrest- not over-crowded like some areas. The complementary chair set-up was a bonus. We made sure to get to the beach early to get front row. The unit was as described and the beds were very comfortable. The kitchen was well stocked. The furniture was comfortable. We were appreciative of the luggage carts provided for arrival and departure. We never had a long wait for the elevator, even during high season. The view from the 5th floor was perfect and we enjoyed morning coffee and evening drinks on the balcony. Absolutely no complaints! Wouldn’t hesitate to book again for next year.

Perfect location!!

Loved this condo

We had a great week and loved the condo! It was clean and cozy. The kitchen was nice and well equipped! Beach chair/umbrella service was wonderful! We were afraid the pool would be chilly, but it was super warm and the kids were thrilled to have that as an option. The view is just beautiful and the balcony was big enough for the 4 of us to lounge on. We would definitely stay in this unit again.

This is a great unit. One of the most fully appointed kitchens for any rental unit we have ever visited. Comfortable seating area. Smart TV through which you can access your Netflix account. Comfortable king bed. Great location with easy access to local amenities. Responsive management. We will definitely be back.

Although we have stayed in many properties in Seagrove for decades, this was our first time at Beachcrest, a 10 story condominium property. We enjoyed its good size, heated pool on the beach side of the property. There is private beach access by the pool area. Check in was easy - the owner is an excellent communicator. There were plentiful bellman carts available for guest use to get our belongings up to our unit. Parking was plentiful. The beach chairs and beach towels provided by the owner were a thoughtful appointment. The kitchen had everything we needed for meal preparation and serving. Appliances had been recently upgraded. The mattresses and bedding were less than hoped for. I addressed this privately with the owner, and I am hopeful some modifications will be forthcoming. We would definitely book this property again.

The master "King" bed wasn't good. Older mattress and had a what seemed to be a Plastic Cover under the bottom sheet. Terribly annoying. Pillows impossible to use as they are incredibly thick. Had to buy new pillows to use. Very small 80s style bathrooms. Comfortable condo otherwise with good location

The condo was great. Very clean. Owner responded quickly to our issue with the door. One thing to note is the beach service is first come first serve and they do allow you to reserve your chairs/umbrella. The location of the condo made it easy to ride bikes to Goatfeathers Seafood Market and other restaurants in the area. We had a wonderful and relaxing time and enjoyed our stay.
