Welcome to Coastal Soul, a Gulf-front double en-suite nestled on the white sandy beaches of quaint Blue Mountain Beach. While the SeaCliffs community is well established with old bones, the interior of this particular unit has been completely overhauled to provide guests the luxury they deserve when renting on the Gulf Coast. Beautiful Italian glass lighting throughout sets a relaxing tone when lounging in the spacious living area with unobstructed views of the Gulf. A brand new gourmet kitchen overstocked with supplies caters to every type of chef wanting to prepare a family meal while watching the sun set through the large new picture windows facing the water. Two primary bedrooms, one which is Gulf-front, are accompanied by their own brand new bathrooms adorned with beautiful, high-end fixtures.

Head down the private boardwalk to your own gated beach just outside your back door, where you can enjoy uninterrupted relaxation at any time of the day.

Overall, we had an amazing stay. Beach view was amazing. Blue Mountain Bakery is right across the street. The private access to the beach is as good as it sounds! If you are used to fighting crowds on public beaches, this is an elevated experience. The place is very well taken care of. The property managers are responsive and helpful!Bring your own baking sheets and dishes if you’d like to bake anything. We got the impression most people that come eat out with Red Fish Taco and other great eating spots nearby. The showers had some trouble draining, which is apparently a common issue in the building. Not a major issue but it concerned us initially. The sprinklers came on really early in the morning interfering with our walk in the 7a to 9a window. We are looking forward to booking this place again!

Perfect beach vacation

Wonderful stay at this property, very well maintained for its age. We've stayed at another unit at this development before and this property is nicer. Only issue we had is that the second bedroom has a queen bed instead of singles which caused some drama between our tweens (wish there were two beds), but we knew that from the pictures before we got there, property was accurately depicted in the description so I can't fault the property for that. Everything worked well, had lots of beach gear we utilized (chairs, umbrellas, fishing pole, stand-up paddle board, etc.), comfortable beds with high end linens. We'll be back!

Everything was wonderful! Great location, incredible views, nice home. Private beach access was amazing. $30 per day for a pair of beach chairs and an umbrella, setup and taken down for you each evening. The only oddity was that there was zero cell service (Verizon) in the house, truly the oddest thing, but WiFi was strong.

Perfect location and a Beautiful Beach

The location is excellent! The private beach was a HUGE bonus, we never had to fight for a good spot no matter the time of day. The beach itself didn’t disappoint either. We had days of crystal clear water and a big white sandy beach with ample room from the waters edge to the sand dune. We took frequent short walks to The Blue Mountain Bakery and The Blue Mountain Creamery. The Blue Mountain Bakery had a really great breakfast and The Blue Mountain Creamery had amazing ice cream (flavors change daily and never disappointed). There were also a couple of walking distance restaurants that we will try on our next trip back. The photos of the condo were accurate, it was clean and quiet. All the rooms are spacious and you won’t feel like you are on top of each other. Gorgeous views of the beach/ocean as well!

November Bliss

We opted to rent this lovely condo on an off week in November. The location is absolutely perfect for a chill family time. There are tons of great restaurants and shops nearby. The condo was decorated beautifully and the property managers were super responsive to the small issues that arose. Overall, highly recommend this property!

Great Private Beach

The townhouse was newly renovated and very clean. The best part is the private beach. We had so much space and the kids loved it. The management company was super helpful, they responded very quickly. We would stay here again.
