The front porch welcomes you with a nice porch swing for enjoying your coffee or taking a nap after a day spent at the beach. The open main living space allows for all to feel connected with plenty of space to spread out and get cozy. The kitchen offers stainless steel appliances, plenty of countertop space for meal preparation, and has bar stool seating for 4 guests. The dining table can accommodate 10 guests. The screened in porch is a beautiful addition that is a peaceful retreat at all times of the day. The first guest bedroom has a king sized bed and private bathroom with a walk-in shower. The next bedroom has a king sized bed and a private bathroom with a tub/shower combo. There is a half bath and a washer/dryer on this floor.

The second floor of the home is where you will find the master retreat that is complete with a king sized bed, private balcony with stunning views of the nature preserve and a private bathroom with a soaking tub and walk-in shower. The next bedroom has a king sized bed and shares a bathroom with the bunk room. The bunk room has two twin over twin beds and a twin single bed. In the bunk room is a spiral staircase that leads you to the loft space that is completed with two additional twin single beds and a tv space with bean bags.

- Parking for 2 vehicles.
- No events, such as wedding receptions and other large gatherings are allowed. Only people sleeping in the home are allowed on this property. If violated, double cleaning fees, as well as other possible fees, will apply.
- No pet home. Per the signed Rental Agreement, any violation of the no pet policy will result in immediate eviction, plus additional cleaning charges.
- WaterColor HOA allows one golf cart per address- you may not rent a second cart if the home you have rented offers one. All golf cart rentals in Watercolor must be made through The Electric Cart Company and will be limited to a specific amount throughout the community at any given time. Cart rentals are granted on a first-come, first-served based. Watercolor condos cannot rent golf carts.
- 12 Amenity Wristbands - Maximum. Extras are not available. Access to All WaterColor Community Swimming Pools - Camp WaterColor and the Beach Club.
- The HOA issues one parking pass per reservation. Guests are encouraged to park their vehicles in the driveway or garage of their rental home. They do not need a parking pass when their vehicle is parked on a private residential property.The HOA-issued parking pass is required to park a vehicle overnight on the common area parking pads.

Reservation/Booking Policy
- Minimum Age: All properties require a minimum of one adult over the age of 26 be staying at the property throughout the rental term.
- A 50% deposit is due at the time of booking.
- Except for a $250 Cancellation Fee, deposits are fully refundable if cancellations are given 60 days prior to the arrival date.
- Balance of payment is due 60 days prior to the arrival date.
- Check-in begins at 4:00 PM and check-out is by 10:00 AM.
- Cleaning: Reservations made for more than 12 nights require a full clean during your stay. This will be added onto your total when checking out. Reservations for less than 12 days, have the option to add a mid-stay clean onto your reservation.
