The home boasts an airy, open-concept layout highlighted by professional-grade appliances and two separate screened-in porches that overlook the peaceful wooded landscape. With a spacious King primary suite on the main level and an additional TV lounge upstairs, this home offers the perfect balance of social spaces and private escapes for your group of eight.



Across the street is the seasonally heated neighborhood pool, and steps away is the tennis court. Take a summertime stroll, koozie in hand, to the rolling white sand, just a 10-minute walk away! "Chillin', breezin', sippin', singin' oh, beachin'" - experience it all at Beachin' 30A.

Christmas is better at the beach

This property was wonderful! Each room worked great for our family. The kitchen was well stocked. I really appreciated the pantry space, as we brought food and cooked some meals there. Having four bikes for our kids was a huge help. There were chairs for us to use on the beach, which weren’t expected, but appreciated. Kismet Properties were wonderful to work with. This is our 13th Christmas week in Seagrove Beach and we have booked with Kismet for 10 of those years. I’m already thinking about next year and depending on how many of our kids join us, we could be back at Beachin.

Clean, quiet and close to the pool!!

This home is very close to one of the neighborhood pools which we enjoyed! The home was very clean and well decorated. It had a well stocked kitchen with plenty of dishes, bowls, utencils, glasses, etc. The beds were EXTREMELY comfortable in all the bedrooms. The kids in our group really enjoyed the common area upstairs, as well as the screen porch on the main level and second story.

Great Family Holiday Trip

Thoroughly enjoyed our stay! The house is comfortable, clean and appointed with everything you need. We had our entire family staying here and with the dual living areas, a kitchen that was well stocked, and a lovely backyard with a grill, we all relaxed, had meals “at home” a couple of nights and each had our own space as well as great places to hang out together.

This home was absolutely enjoyable to stay in during our family, with dogs, vacation. We come to Sea Grove every summer and this home and neighborhood checked all our boxes-from a downstairs bedroom, two living spaces, private backyard, quite street, neighborhood pool, tennis court, and super close to downtown Sea Side and fast-easy beach access. And not to forget allows dogs. Kismet Management was very responsive with our few needs. Home was super clean, quiet and comfortable! We will be back!

Spring Break

This house is just as advertised! We loved the neighborhood and the bikes available at the property were great for the teenagers. This is not directly next to the Seaside Center which was a big plus for us, but maybe not for some. Kitchen is fully stocked with top of the line appliances. House was across the street from one of the pools which was great. Would recommend highly!

Perfect Stay

This is our second time staying here, and we couldn't ask for more from a rental company and stay. The house is super clean, with a really well equipped kitchen, and right across the street from the pool. The beds and bedding are really comfortable. My favorite thing about the house is all of the outdoor options for seating and the beautiful neighborhood. We love riding the bikes and walking around in the evenings. We had one small leak under a sink and Kismet had someone out there to fix it in within about 20 minutes. They're super responsive and I really like the app they use to communicate. Thanks for a great time!

Perfection!

We stayed in this property for several weeks. We are picky people and this home was perfect! The kitchen is well stocked and all appliances are new. The beds are comfortable and the bathrooms are newly remodeled and very nice. The neighborhood is quiet and lovely. Just a few minute bike ride to the beach! The community pool is also a plus! Overall, a very nice home and we would highly recommend it!

Great Stay

The property was in a great community. Compared to the rest of 30A, there were lots of trees and it was really quiet and while you were at the beach, it felt like your own oasis. We brought two dogs and enjoyed the fenced backyard and screened in porch. They enjoyed walks around the neighborhood each day, there was very little traffic, and the neighborhood was very pet friendly, we saw lots of other dogs. The beach was about a 10-minute walk and the vendor they recommended was really easy to use and the fees for chairs/umbrellas was reasonable based on my past experience on 30a. The house was very nice, the kitchen had everything you needed, and it was a great setup for our family of 5. The hustle and bustle of Seaside was also just a short walk that we made several times. Overall, we would stay here again in a second.

Relaxing Home close to a great beach!

We visit 30A every summer and decided to stay at this home for the first time. The convenience of the beach, Publix, and a gym were awesome! Everything was in a short golf cart ride away. The community pool was literally across the street and every time we went we had the entire pool to ourselves! The house was private and away from the crowd. It was well equipped with everything we needed to eat in every day! The only drawback was the home did not come with a golf cart or bikes. It would have been awesome not to spend an extra $600 bucks to get a cart to use.

Amazing property

What an amazing property this home is! I have no complaints at all. It was roomy, modern, cozy and nicely updated. I was amazed at how clean it was, never thought twice about touching anything or putting out things in the cabinets and drawers. I appreciated the details from Kismet as well with the necessities needed and special touches. My only recommendation would be a dresser in the main level master bedroom for clothes storage and to cut down the small trees all along the driveway. It makes it very difficult to get in and out of vehicles. It is just a little overgrown and to narrow. Otherwise it was amazing. We will for sure be returning and what a treat to have such a wonderful place where we can also bring our furry friend. Thank you for an amazing place.

Seagrove “End of Summer”

A great rental/location for an end of summer week! We found this property to be very clean and accommodating. Plenty of items in the kitchen to prepare several meals for all the guests. All the appliances worked perfectly. Bedrooms were spacious and very comfortable with plenty of linens. Our recommendations are to make arrangements for closet space and larger dresser accommodations in the downstairs master bedroom. It was very inconvenient to live out of a suitcase for 2 people, and the expectation is, this is the master suite, which should have more of the conveniences and amenities. The hanging rack in the bedroom just caused more of a clutter. Maybe a large armoire and larger dresser could be purchased. 2nd would highly recommend curtains or shades above the master vanity sinks at the transoms and the window where the commode is. Given the house next door is a 2 story and was occupied they can see right into the master area while showering and changing when the lights are on. The toilet/shower area window faces the street, and we found ourselves keeping the lights off when in use. We did enjoy our stay, enjoyed our morning walks, and appreciate the quiet and privacy the house offered. It was a great get away and 30A is a perfect venue!
