From the moment you arrive, thoughtful design and high-end finishes set the tone for an elevated stay. The open-concept main floor is an entertainer's dream, featuring a designer living space with a plush sectional, a refined dining area, and a chef's gourmet kitchen outfitted with a gas range, high-end appliances, and an expansive island with barstool seating. A secondary lounge on the lower level, complete with a wet bar and a sleeper sofa, offers an additional space to unwind.

Upstairs, three beautifully appointed bedrooms provide a restful retreat. Each town along 30A has its own unique identity, so we encourage you to explore them all!

Home Truths:
- Unfortunately, pets are not allowed in this home. If undisclosed pets are brought into the home without AvantStay's approval, there is a fine of $500 per pet.
- The elevator is not available for guest use.
- There is a 10:00 pm noise ordinance per the Grande Pointe Association By-laws.
- There is no smoking or vaping permitted inside the home or anywhere on the property. Violations will result in a fine, along with the cost of any necessary cleaning, deodorizing, or damage repairs. Additional fees may apply if smoke remediation is required.

Parking Details:
- Driveway: Space for 2 cars, with a potential 3rd parked laterally.
- Street parking is not allowed. Vehicles parked on the street may be towed.
- Parking is strictly prohibited on pine straw areas, plant beds, grassy areas, or in a way that blocks neighbors' driveways.
- Enforcement: The association will notify the property owner of any parking violations, which will result in a fine payable by the violator.
- Overflow Parking: Available at the community pool.
- No garage access.

This is a smoke-free property. Violation of the no-smoking policy will result in forfeiture of the security deposit, a $300 smoking fee, and liability for any fire or property damage costs.

As part of our commitment to being good neighbors, occupancy limits and quiet hours (9pm-8am) are strictly enforced. No speakers or sound systems will be provided for use in our properties. Violation of any noise ordinances will be subject to fines that can reach up to $10,000 per violation.

Events or parties are not allowed without prior written approval and an additional fee. Any unauthorized parties or events will be shut down and a fine will be assessed. Please inquire for more information about our event policies and fees.

There is nothing more important to us at AvantStay than the health, safety, and experience of our guests & staff. We've enhanced our cleaning and sanitation protocols and are taking extra care to disinfect all surfaces between reservations with hospital-grade disinfecting solutions.

As a reminder, we do work with 3rd party vendors to maintain the property, and although we adhere to the strictest CDC guidelines and advise all contractors to wear PPE equipment, we can not always enforce. We strongly advise guests to please deny access if any vendors fail to meet and adhere to these standards.

Les points forts : Propreté
We loved this home and surrounding area! It’s located in a clean neighborhood. The home is spacious and very clean, such a beautiful location and a 5 minute drive to 30A shopping and restaurants. Avantstay was helpful in making sure we had what we needed. The only complaints I have 1. we were provided an incorrect address on a totally different property through VRBO(I still can’t figure out how this happened), which made the check in process confusing and difficult. But we were helped quickly with a simple phone call to AvantStay and given the correct address. 2. On our second day, a person came to the home requesting to see my ID claiming he was an AvantStay employee. I respect this, however said employee never showed his identification and made the interaction very uncomfortable, coming from 2 females alone in the home. I feel AvantStay should at least warn the renter that this will be happening during the stay to make it more comfortable for guests, especially for females and safety. Overall the stay was amazing! Thank you again!!
