Dune Vacation Rentals Presents: Outside the Box is the vacation rental home you will never want to leave! Located in the iconic community of Seaside, this beach front home offers three levels of outdoor living spaces that are privy to the best sunrises and sunsets on the emerald coast. This 4 bedroom home can accommodate 12 guests during your Seaside, Florida vacation to 30A.

Located on the gulf in Seaside, one can enjoy the beautiful beach that is just steps away or the town center with a short walk. The first floor of the home has two bedrooms that have four custom built in bunks in each room, sleeping a total of 10 guests, and two private bathrooms. You will find a screened porch, gulf facing, with an all weather pool table and ample seating for the entire family to spend quality time with one another. The laundry room is also located on the first floor for convenience.

The second floor of the home includes two master suites with master bathrooms featuring walk-in showers, a soaking tub, dual vanities, a private balcony with gulf views, and a private porch with a seating area. Each master suite is the perfect retreat for those looking for the ultimate beach escape.

The third floor of this luxurious beach front home offers a gourmet kitchen with stainless steel appliances, a large kitchen island that seats 5 guests, and a custom built dining table for 8 guests. The kitchen and main living room feature large beamed vaulted ceilings allowing natural light to fill the space. The living room flows onto the third floor gulf front balcony with full view glass panels that offer unobstructed views of the beautiful gulf waters and white sandy beaches. Enjoy relaxing on the balcony with plenty of seating for the whole family and prepare yourself a beverage at the outside bar. “Outside the Box” is the perfect beach retreat for your next vacation!

- Elevator usage is not available for guests unless it is needed by an elderly or handicapped individual. Please contact Dune Vacation Rentals prior to the arrival date for such arrangements.
- Parking for 2 vehicles
- Golf cart rentals are not allowed in Seaside.
- No events, such as wedding receptions and other large gatherings are allowed. Only people sleeping in the home are allowed on this property. If violated, double cleaning fees, as well as other possible fees will apply.
- No pet home. Per the signed Rental Agreement, any violation of the no pet Policy will result in immediate eviction, plus additional cleaning charges.
- Seaside Amenity Fees Include: Seaside Parking Passes (2), Wristbands for Beach Access, and Access to the Community Swimming Pools and Tennis Courts.

Reservation/Booking Policy
- Minimum Age: All properties require a minimum of one adult over the age of 26 be staying at the property throughout the rental term.
- A 50% deposit is due at the time of booking.
-Except for a $250 cancellation fee, deposits are fully refundable if cancelations are given 60 days prior to arrival date.
- Balance of payment is due 60 days prior to arrival date
- Check-in begins at 4:00 PM and check-out is by 10:00 AM
- Cleaning: Reservations made for more than 12 nights require a full clean during your stay. This will be added onto your total when checking out. Reservations for less than 12 days, have the option to add a mid-stay clean onto your reservation.

Awesome view

the layout of the home is perfect for a large group with kids/teens. Two bunk rooms with multiple bathrooms and two very nicely appointed masters were perfect for our group - the best feature of the home is the back patio view of the gulf with the kitchen and large gathering area.

Great house - great location

Outside the Box is a great property right on the beach and right next to the beach entrance. It is less than 100 yards from Seaside City Center. Robert was great at communication and the house has everything you need and more. We will stay here again!

Lovely Seaside Property

Beautiful house and amazing location in Seaside - on the beach and just steps away from the central square area with all the shops and restaurants. It was strange staying in a place that cost us more than 10 hotel rooms per night and yet there wasn’t more than one day supply of toilet paper and the bathroom sink was clogged.

Great house in perfect location

House was fantastic. This was our second stay at this property. Plenty of room and comfort. Perfect location for walking to all things. Right on the beach! Bunk rooms were great for teens and kids and the fact that each had 2 bathrooms was fantastic. Kitchen and deck were magical gathering areas. Only complaint is that the elevator was not available for use and the kitchen is on the top floor so hauling groceries is a major chore. Would also have appreciated to be able to use the belt in speakers throughout the house to play music but that feature was also not made available.

THIS PROPERTY IS IN A GREAT LOCATION. THAT SAID, THERE WERE SEVERAL PROBLEMS: 1. IT WAS NOT CLEAN, DUST AND DUST BALLS EVERYWHERE. 2. IT APPEARS VERY “WORN OUT”, PEELING PAINT, DIRTY CARPETS, ETC. 3. WHEN YOU PAY FOR A BEACH FRONT PROPERTY YOU EXPECT TO BE ABLE TO SIT ON THE BEACH IN FRONT OF YOUR RENTAL! AT THIS LOCATION, IF CABANA MAN IS SOLD OUT, WE WERE INSTRUCTED BY THE PROPERTY MANAGEMENT TO WALK 500 YARD TO A PUBLIC BEACH. REALLY? (AT FIRST, THEY TOLD ME THEY WOULD PROVIDE BACK PACK CHAIRS, THEN THEY CALLED BACK AND TOLD US TO WALK TO A PUBLIC BEACH.)
