Grab your beach buddies for a splendid South Walton vacation! Beach Buddy is a cozy vacation rental in Santa Rosa Beach on Scenic 30A—perfect for you and your fellow beach-loving vacationers! The property is conveniently located close to the beach and Gulfview Heights public beach access, a coastal dune lake, and plenty of beachy shops and restaurants. This vacation home has three bedrooms, two baths, sunny living accommodations, and a private pool and sundeck. It can accommodate up to eight visitors.

The main living area and bedrooms are located on the second level, above the first-floor covered parking area. In the bright living room, you will find a cozy seating ensemble made up of two white loveseats and a matching armchair centered on a woven rug. The setup faces a flatscreen TV. Nestled in the corner beside a set of corner windows is a charming round table with two chairs. Nearby, the dining room features a glass-topped table and seating for six. If you’d prefer to dine in the coastal outdoors, a glass door opens onto a breezy balcony that overlooks the pool and includes a large dining table. Next to the dining room, the kitchen has stainless steel appliances and ample cabinet and counter space.

The sunlit master suite includes a queen-size bed and a private bath with a tub/shower combo. One of the guest bedrooms has a queen-size bed, cottage-style furnishings, and woven starfish décor. In the other guest bedroom, you will find two twin beds, a sunny window, and woven sea turtle décor above the beds. The guest bedrooms share access to a full hall bath.

When not lounging indoors, this home has a private pool and sundeck where guests will love to relax. Lounge furniture surrounds the pool on the paver deck, extending into a shaded area below the second-level balcony. A BBQ grill is provided, making it easy to grill up a delicious, poolside surf n’ turf meal. After relaxing and a refreshing swim in the pool, head to the nearby beach access less than a five-minute walk away. Spend the day sunbathing, splashing in the waves, building sandcastles, reading a book on the sand, and more! Then, check out the surrounding 30A area for dinner or a tasty treat. Nearby restaurants include Goatfeathers Seafood, Local Catch Bar and Grill, and Shunk Gulley Oyster Bar. While you’re out, explore Gulf Place Town Center, which features a variety of restaurants, a coffee shop, fun shops, and an outdoor art gallery of local artists.
