This stunning beachfront retreat stretches from Scenic Highway 30A all the way to the Gulf dunes, offering unmatched views and open-air living on every level. El Dorado is rented as one luxurious property but consists of two full homes—the main house and a spacious carriage house—accommodating up to 24 guests.

Main House – First Floor
Perfect for families, the first floor features three custom-designed bunk bedrooms that sleep up to 14 guests.

Bunk Room 1 sleeps 4 with four twin beds and ample built-in storage.

Bunk Room 2 sleeps 5 with three twin beds and one full mattress.

These two rooms share a full bath with a marble, glass-enclosed tub/shower combo and a single vanity.

Bunk Room 3 also sleeps 5, featuring three twin beds, one full mattress, and a private ensuite bathroom with a double marble vanity, a soaking tub, and a walk-in glass shower.

This level also includes a laundry room, an outdoor shower, and a charming porch with two relaxing bed swings. Fitness enthusiasts can stay on track with a Peloton bike—just bring your cycling shoes!

Main House – Second Floor
The second floor hosts two luxurious king suites:

Bedroom 4 is a king primary suite with a sitting area, desk, flat-screen TV, and a private bathroom featuring a soaking tub, dual marble vanities, and a walk-in dual rain shower.

Bedroom 5, another king suite, offers shared porch access, a private bath with a soaking tub, dual vanities, and a rain shower.

Both suites open onto an expansive beachfront porch with plush lounge seating and some of the most incredible Gulf and sunset views on 30A.

Carriage House
Connected to the main house by an enclosed bridge from the second floor, the Carriage House spans two levels above the garage on the north side of the property.

Bedroom 6 is a king room with a private bath.

Bedroom 7 is a cozy bunk room with two sets of bunks (4 twins) and its own full bath.
Both bedrooms feature Juliet balconies.

Head up to the third floor via the exterior bridge to find the Carriage House’s full kitchen, dining, and living space, complete with a balcony porch that overlooks Scenic Hwy 30A and the nearby Seaside town center. There’s also a grill conveniently located on the bridge.

Main House – Third Floor
This floor boasts a show-stopping, magazine-worthy kitchen with three Wolf ovens, a six-burner gas range, and everything needed for large family gatherings. The dining room features a grand wooden table for 10, plus a bistro table for two. The living area includes a mounted large-screen TV, cozy seating, and access to an expansive open-air porch with unbeatable Gulf views.

Outdoors, enjoy lounging on two sofas or dine alfresco at a table for eight while soaking in the panoramic sunsets. A convenient half bath is also located on this level.

* Guests have access to the 2-car garage. The garage holds 2 small/mid-size vehicles. Due to the proximity to the neighboring home, there is no parking on the driveway between homes. Overflow parking will need to be used for larger vehicles or more than 2 mid-size vehicles. Guests will receive 2 parking passes & assistance locating overflow parking.
