Plus, the public beach walkover awaits directly across 30A from the subdivision's entrance, ensuring convenient access to our white-sand beaches.

CANCELATION POLICY:

Love the cute house and neighborhood. Best suited for adults or older children. 4 Bikes were nice, but would have loved a golf cart. We used the neighborhood pool a lot. Lots of fluffy towels provided!! Kismet was very helpful and the guide ap provided lots of info. check in was easy!!

Great time at the beach

Check in was a breeze. We were notified via text message when the house was available. It was ready an hour ahead of time which was great timing for us. Kitchen had everything we needed but fortunately we brought our own big pot for spaghetti and shrimp boil. No spices were present. We brought or bought our own. Property management was very, very quick to respond to all our questions, plus we had a problem with the stove and one bike. They had those resolved within an hour each. Great service. They took care of putting the trash cans on the street and bringing them back in. It’s a great location, a quick bike ride to Seaside. Much faster to bike than to try to get down 30a and park a car. My one suggestion would be to equip the bikes with lights and a basket. It started getting dark around 7:30 and most times we had to ride back in the dark. A basket would have been nice for holding things on the way to the beach. It’s about 1/2 mile walk to the beach with a lot of stairs to get down to the beach. Most of our group would bike but we had to coordinate getting chairs, tent, cooler and beach toys to and from beach. House was very clean. Tv in upstairs king room but not in king room on main floor. Bathroom for king room on main floor was only accessible by coming out of bedroom. I would have preferred having access to that bathroom directly from bedroom. Overall, I would stay here again but would probably rent a golf cart. The bikes were a very nice perk.

Great beach vacay

This is a beautiful house that is just a short walk from the beach. It comes with the use of 4 good bikes that can get you anywhere you want to go. We couldn't have picked a better spot for our family to enjoy the beach and explore from Watercolor to Rosemary Beach. We never got in the car!

We enjoyed the home and the location. We love to ride bikes went on 30a so having the bikes included was a huge win for us. One of the wheels was bent, and all it took was a quick call and it was repaired within a few hours. They came to us! Our beds were also comfy and the house was just perfect.

Anchor House Getaway

Our stay in Anchor house was wonderful. The neighborhood was beautiful and quiet yet very close to all Seagrove has to offer. There is beach access directly across the street from the neighborhood, which made it great with the kids. The pool areas were clean and never overpacked. Overall great place to stay. 10/10

The house is a perfect location and perfect for teens! We especially loved the upstairs Jack and Jill bathroom and the bunk beds plus double beds in that same room! Master bedroom and bathroom were amazing too! All around fabulous house!

Mother-Daughter Spring Break

We really enjoyed our stay at Anchor House. The neighborhood was aesthetic and peaceful. We enjoyed reading on the front porch, playing games at the kitchen table, short walks to the beach, and time at the community pools. Seaside square was walkable (20-25 minutes), but we usually took the golf cart so we could be there in 5 minutes. The early March weather was absolutely gorgeous. The forecast of mid-forties at night and sixties during the day had us a little worried, but he sun made it warm and we got in a lot of comfortable beach time. Four teen girls spread out in the bunk room and the two moms each had their own room. THe house was ideal for our group! I'd stay here again.

Great Vacation Spot

The house was tucked away in a small quiet neighborhood inside Seagrove beach. The neighborhood had a clean feel to it that reminded me of Watercolor, but for much less the price. It was a 10 minute walk from the beach, and white sands and crystal clear water. The house was perfect for 8 people, and it was very clean. Definitely would recommend!

Amazing Anchor House

We enjoyed our stay at Anchor House- it was in close proximity to Seaside, great beach access, nice to have 2 neighborhood pools, comfortable beds, and very easy to bike around. Very nicely landscaped neighborhood. The master on main was very helpful since we were traveling with grandparents. House can accommodate up to 10 people because of the bunk room.
