Above & Beyond truly exemplifies an upscale contemporary coastal retreat designed to easily host up to 4 families with its 7 stunning bedrooms featuring 5 King Beds and 12 Twin XL bunks.

The owners of this 30A beach vacation rental created Above & Beyond from the ground up to accommodate large groups because they always had a difficult time finding a large beach house rental south of 30A with a private pool that could host all their family members at the same time. This nearly 7000 square foot beach property in Seagrove has a large private yard with landscaping and trees, private pool and layout area, and substantial guest parking. The property spans a vertical footprint of four levels featuring 7 bedrooms and a fourth-floor media room. Each of these 8 rooms has a full private bathroom with an additional two 1/2 baths for a total of 10 bathrooms to accommodate up to 22 guests comfortably.

The First Floor
The thoughtful floor plan of the first floor includes floor-to-ceiling windows flooding the spacious Living Room, a half Bath under the staircase, and two separate Bunk Rooms each with 4 total Twin XL's (2 over 2) plus a private bath for each Bunk Room. This configuration sleeps 4 per Bunk Room for a total of 8 sleepers on this level. Guests will enjoy luxury touches including a home sound system, upgraded Wi-Fi on every floor, TV’s in each bedroom, and sound proofing on every floor. Guests will appreciate the 2-car garage and parking for 6 vehicles. The coastal contemporary architecture of Above & Beyond begins with the two-story glass foyer featuring a stunning modern steel floating staircase with gorgeous wood treads grounding the space. The beautifully designed commercial steel and glass elevator located between the floating staircase is an added convenience for transporting beach gear, luggage, or groceries to all four floors.

The Second Floor
The second floor features the heart of the home with its open concept Family/Dining/Kitchen room accented by direct ocean views with floor to ceiling Euro wall sliding doors to a covered patio. The area also features a modern fireplace, a large dining room with two custom glass chandeliers, and a well-appointed kitchen paradise next to a large open pantry, coffee station and half Bath. The open chef’s kitchen features two refrigerators, a triple top gas range, gorgeous modern backsplash, two dishwashers and a large 48" sink. In addition, there is a Wet Bar with a prep sink, private laundry with sink and two washers and dryers. Sleeping space on this floor is provided in a large King bedroom with 2 total Twin XL's (bunks) and an extra large private bathroom. Another King bedroom has luxurious ocean facing views with floor to ceiling windows and a luxurious private bathroom with unobstructed ocean views from within the shower.

The Third Floor
On the third level, three more amazing King guest spaces await. The primary King bedroom is by far the largest in the house, and it features a King bed with direct ocean views and a Euro wall sliding door connected to a covered patio. It also has a Full bathroom with a giant wet room tub shower enclosure and private washer/dryer in the closet. The third floor also features a large King bedroom with 2 total Twin XL's (bunks) and a private bathroom with ocean views. Another King bedroom has astonishing ocean facing views with floor to ceiling windows and a breathtaking private bathroom with unobstructed ocean views from within the shower.

The Fourth Floor
The marvelous fourth floor is one of the largest along 30A. The crowning level of this 30A beach home is a covered patio with panoramic ocean views from Panama City Beach to Destin. The fourth floor also features a synthetic grass layout deck and rooftop selfie station with absolutely fantastic ocean views of the Gulf. The top floor has a large media room and Full bathroom that can function as a private office area if needed. And best of all, the steel and glass commercial grade elevator goes all the way up to the top floor for easy access.

The absolute best management company that I have ever dealt with. Very responsive. I had a reservation with another company and they cancelled my reservation the morning of the day that we were supposed to leave. These guys came to the rescue and essentially saved our spring break with the kids. The house was amazing and someone from the rental company stopped by the house first thing in the morning to show us all of the amenities.
